Was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. Proceeded to go in straight to the bathroom just to see 2 pounds of poop in a urinal and the most unbearable stentch known to man. The workers seemed to be doing more socializing than making sure the food is actually cooked. Fries were soggy and my chicken was just birthed and put in between two stale buns. The poop looked more appetizing and was probably warmer than my mcchicken. Only would recommend going here if you are reviewing the worst restaurants in Niagara Falls.

Lightskin girl overcharged us and pocketed money. $42? At another mcdonalds for a large 2pc snack wrap and a large fry included with a shamrock shake, and a 20 pc chicken nugget and 2 large fry its only 34$. She gave us a small drink, and no reciept. When we asked if she could get us another drink, she became aggressive and told us the maxhine was down and that she didnt know what we wanted her to do now. which all we wanted was a reciept which she never gave us.

This is the worst possible fast food place to go to in this town. The workers are so rude and the orders will take forever no matter what day or time. This place is never “fast food” . The workers also have overcharged people and pocketed the change multiple times, from many costumers who are local to the area,food is always soggy, and if they give you the wrong order or take 30 minutes and you say something the workers act disgusting rude and nasty. Clearly no one is trained here on how to treat costumers and management clearly doesnt care. Just look at the other reviews. They all say the same thing. Its statistically impossible all of us are lying or overreacting.

I ordered through the app for pickup via drive thru. We sat waiting for five minutes at the intercom thing. Nothing. No “Please Wait” or anything. Absolute silence. We tried pulling up, there was a car at the window. Waited behind it for 10+ minutes, a car that was there before us waited even longer and had to back out. We also ended up having to do the same. I was under the impression that when there’s a wait, cars are supposed to pull around but apparently not??? Now I’m stuck waiting 7 days for a refund after spending the little money I had. All I wanted to do was get my brother breakfast before he left back to Georgia, and all I have to show for it is no food and being twenty dollars broker.

It was dirty around the front lobby and kids (6) hanging around the front lobby. The young man who took our order was very nice but gave us cold fries. I also have to say he didn’t get mad have an attitude nor got smart when we complained.

30 minutes for fast food is a joke. And it’s not like it’s a one-off. This happens all the time. Middle of the day on a weekday? 30 minutes, minimum. Morning or afternoon on the weekend? At least 10 minutes. Drive thru is just as bad. You could order your food, put your car in park, get out, walk a mile to burn the calories from the small fry you ordered in advance, get back in your car, and the line will not have moved. I saw a door dash person drive up and get their food 15 minutes after I placed my order. This is absolutely abyssmal. And the customer service when they finally provided the food was it’s own type of terrible, but that is at least to be expected when ordering from a fast food restaurant.

Drive thru slow and rude. Took 20+ minutes to get to the window, no apology or so much as a greeting at the window. We had to request things they forgot in our order – like both drinks that came with the meal and the nugget sauce requested at the speaker – and she acted like it was an inconvenience. Food was not fresh or well-prepared. Would never go here again.

Service is atrociously slow at pretty much all times. I’ve currently been in the drive through line for about twenty minutes, with three cars ahead of me. If I wasn’t trapped in here, I would have left some time ago. What happened too “fast” food.

i only go here because it’s a convenient location for me, but going through the drive thru is never quick and simple as they should be. the only reason i’m not giving it a one star is the fact that the workers aren’t rude or anything, but that i think this is a matter of them more being stressed and understaffed, im guessing. for some reason even ordering a simple plain burger, fries, and chicken nuggets always leads to them asking us to pull up to the stop sign, because they do not have proper drive thru parking spots. this is already annoying, especially when usually i’m just ordering basic meals for two, so i don’t see the reason why almost everytime we go we have to stop and wait longer than everyone else for our order. i guess we js have bad luck with this mcdonald’s somehow, but what i have a greater issue with is that the stop sign they tell us to pull up to and wait at blocks other cars from getting out of the drive thru. and they always have us wait for sooo long. the most recent time i went they actually didn’t have me do this for once, but turns out the food they gave me at the window was someone else’s order. the time that pissed me off the most was when we waited through the drive thru for ages and there was a line of cars, the speaker didn’t work, and when we finally got up to the window they told us to go inside to order instead of just maybe taking our order at the first window and giving us our food at the second one, or maybe blocking off the drive thru if you aren’t taking drive thru orders ?? then we parked, went inside, and had to wait forever inside for someone to even acknowledge us and take our order.
