Just went to this location for dinner. I got there at 4:05pm and placed my order. By 4:10pm I paid. At 4:30 I received my food. There were 5 cars ahead of me. My elaborate order? 4 double cheese burgers with Big Mac sauce. They were room temperature and were packaged like a DIY project. Bonus points for providing zero napkins.
The workers are dragging around like indentured servants. I asked the cashier how her day was going; She replied with a grunt. Second window lady goes to hand me the wrong order. I said I only ordered burgers (she had a drink and some dessert thing in her hand). She rolls her eyes and walks away. Ok.
This location is right around the corner from my house and I hadn’t eaten all day, so I figured I would shoot over quick. They are never “fast”, but today was exceptional. Being a military guy, I place the blame on the hierarchy. The blame starts at the franchise owner. Provide someone who cares more with the opportunity. It’s in a prime location on one of the main roads outside of Buffalo. Better leadership would make this location a premium cash cow for corporate McDonald’s. For now, I’ll just go to Checkers or Tim Hortons next door to this location. Or the grocery.

Went in to pick up an app order for a coworker. I stood in the dining area for a long period of time before someone walked to the register. Gave her the order number and name. She walked away 20 minutes goes by. Many others come place orders and get their food while she just looks at me. I get upset go to my car get in the drive thru and pull up tell them the order number, get to the window and finally get the order. The while process takes over 30 minutes! Wasted my lunch break picking up lunch for someone in me office and was late getting back due to the lack of customer service. Over all the customer service horrible. Others were working and none of them acknowledged me. Don’t go there unless you want to be ignored and late for work getting back from lunch! Terrible!!!! I would give zeros if I could!

Genuinely can’t believe how little employees care about customer service. They don’t acknowledge you at all. Employees need to go back to training on how to communicate properly. My kids love McDonalds, it’s not a secret they enjoy the chicken nuggets, drive through is definitely better than trying to eat there. It’s like they are allergic to interacting with people. They forgot our drinks and they made the food to go instead of for here so it was confusing why there was a to go bag sitting there when we thought we were waiting for a trey of food to be at our numbered table. It didn’t print a receipt so I had no clue our order number just our table number I put in. Then they didn’t give us the cups so we were waiting to get the attention of someone and no one came for a long time. They should have a bell at the counter when you need some assistance because they aren’t even checking the front of house.

I came to this location earlier, ordered some food and sat with my wife to eat. Food was good, employees were busy and rushed but not rude. We get to finishing our order when a lady comes in barking at the customers and being completely rude, the young lady upfront was flustered and then the manager came up there and decided to handle it. I felt so bad, the lady was constantly taking pictures as well.
I believe some people fail to realize that this is a job, yes the employees are required to act a certain way. But please don’t forget they are also people, coming in an insulting and being disrespectful is absolutely uncalled for. THESES ARE PEOPLE, and some people fail to realize that. Messing up an order, Or potentially forgetting items is no reason to Lash out at another person. Grow up and eat somewhere else!!

Staff is horrible 3rd day in a row of wrong food and missing food in bag. I bought 3 triple cheese burgers , 3 large fries and 3 drink was $35 and I received 3 double cheese burgers and fries literally a $5 meal a piece I received. Screws up every single order, no matter how you order. Either doesn’t give you an item or an entire meal. Management unprofessional and argumentative with superiority complexes. I have video of the manager using profanity and following me out of the store threatening me while I was on the phone with corporate.

This McDonalds is absolutely ridiculous. It’s closest to my house, but honestly the number of times I have needed to go back and have them correct my order, or have just said forget it about missing or incorrect items is insane. Once they gave my husband a bag of fries. Just fries. Another time they didn’t but the main item in two happy meals. This morning I ordered two breakfast sandwiches – checked them before I pulled out of the lot and they were wrong. Went and asked them to fix them – got two more, and they were wrong again. How hard is it to put an egg on biscuit? Another time they forgot chicken nuggets – I called the store and asked if they could just refund me, and the girl on the phone acknowledged that she forgot to put the nuggets in the bag. She put on her manager who, despite the girl flat out telling him she forgot to include items in our bag, refused to issue a refund unless we returned to the store. That manager was a condescending male who should not have any position of power over employees, just based on the way he spoke to a customer. (To be clear, I was not yelling, cursing, did not say anything untoward, didn’t have an attitude and didn’t even raise my voice).
Almost everyone who works here is incompetent, from the managers down to the workers, and they just do not care. There is one kind woman who works the drive through in the morning and takes orders who is fabulous. Everyone else is unapologetically rude and acts put off by you coming to order food here. Even the male manager is extremely rude, condescending, and shouldnt have any public-facing role, period.
A review from about a year ago read, “This place exclusively gives you the wrong food. Exclusively – your food will never, ever be right if you go here. Out of the last 20 times I’ve gone, my food has been wrong probably 17 of them.” A year later, this remains spot on.
Y’all, McDonalds isn’t cheap anymore. Corporate needs to step in about this place, because this location is absolutely unhinged, even for a McDonalds.

Every time I go here they mess up something about my order. Infuriating. Asked for a Diet Coke and a cheese burger with only ketchup. Got a regular coke and a burger with no cheese, no ketchup, onions pickles and mustard.
