I ordered 3 McFlurrys on the app, for curbside pickup. I waited about 20 minutes, and decided to go into the store. When I got into the store, I saw that mine, as well as another customers McFlurrys had been sitting out on the counter. Best part is, they were just about completely melted. I didn’t pursue the issue because the kid at the desk seemed stoned out of his mind. Plus, the rest of the employees were chatting in the back. Which is totally fine, but not when there’s work to be done guys. But come on. I’d like to add that throughout my 20 minutes of waiting outside, no more than 8 or so cars went through the drive through. So

The people who work here are all very nice. Unfortunately I can’t say the same for how they follow their processes. Too many items forgotten, e.g. BBQ Sauce, fries, hash brown, etc. etc. etc. I also bit into my egg mcmuffin yesterday which had a rather large egg shell…at no extra cost! The photo is about half the size as I bit through it first bite…tossed it into the garbage immediately.

Normally, mostly during the day, this location is wonderful. But, I work right down the street, and when i get out at 9, I like to stop and grab a big Mac! I wouldn’t do it at this location at 9pm, that’s for sure! Unless you like your Big Mac sloppy and damn near inedible, I’d spend your money at another location. Plus, 2 or 3 times this has happened, I’ve ordered a 6 piece nugget, only to get home and have it not be there! And of course I wasn’t given a receipt, so how can I either get a refund or the nugs I’m owed?! I normally love this location…..but not at night!

Lousy service don’t do the drive thru. 45-minute wait on average and still will be asked to pull up. Check your order as well, shortages are common.
