Everytime I come, I always have a slight issue, whether it’s a sauce that wasn’t put in the bag and the cashier insists that they put it in the bag, or a rude cashier that doesn’t have the time of day for you. But the one thing that never changes is the manager. He is always willing to listen to your advice and feedback and is more than welcome to greet you with a smile. It really shows why he became manager and I hope it stays that way! He is amazing!

Clean store and friendly staff. Ordered a quarter pounder with bacon meal. The meal was hot, fresh and tasty. Fast food has gotten expensive but It was a decent value with the free fries I received with a deal from the app. The service was fast . All together It was a good experience.

Came back home and was running around wanted to have a quick bite at one of my favorite restaurants and was very disappointed. The first bike I take at a double cheeseburger is a long straight piece of hair at first. I thought it was my hair, but then I opened up the bun and his hair wrapped around a patty along with cold nuggets and it was only 11:30 AM. Not sure what’s going on but this location needs to be reevaluated or however, it goes.

I had a terrible experience here tonight around 10 PM. The woman working the drive-thru cashier was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was wearing a black earpiece and seemed to be listening to music while working. When I politely asked how much my total was, she snapped at me and said, “open your damn eyes.” As an Asian customer, this was blatantly racist, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. No customer should be spoken to like that. The behavior I witnessed was unprofessional on every level and honestly shocking. This location seriously needs to be reviewed by management or administration. I hope they address this, because no one deserves to experience such treatment.

Says open 24 hours but the doors are locked. Apparently only the drive thru is open. You think they would offer that info in the maps. Total waste of 2 miles driving out of our way.

Ordered pick up on the app 15 minutes before I arrived. Took an additional FORTY FIVE MINUTES for me to get my order. Then when I checked the order, it was incorrect so I had to go back into the store. I understand being short-staffed but an hour for a happy meal and a hamburger is insane

Literally the only place open late at night to get food. No indicator that the dining room is closed, even says it here on Google that the dining room is open. Tried to go in to order and some kid smoking a cigarette starts yelling at me for trying to go inside. Okay fine, dining room is closed. I’ll go wait in line in the drive thru behind 8 other cars. Finally get up to order and the computer screens are frozen so I can’t order. Obviously this is based off one experience, but it’s based on one experience where I needed it most. This location sucks, and honestly you’d get better service if it was permanently closed than you do when it’s open. Thanks forwasting half of my lunch break for absolutely nothing.

Always had problems at this McDonald’s. It has always been hit or miss with whether or not the staff have good customer service. They usually do not make correct orders, and have EXTREMELY long wait times especially if you go inside. Today I ordered a happy meal, a chicken sandwich, and a 4 piece. They didn’t even give me any of the nuggets, and I didn’t realize until I got home!! Instead of 4 nuggets.. there was a half melted slice of cheese in the box. Definitely would recommend going to a different McDonald’s.
