If I could give zero stars I would. From when I arrived at the restaurant in the drive-through, ordered two meals, and left I was there for a total of 35 minutes. It was not busy. There was only a few cars in the parking lot and about 5 to 6 in the drive-through. When I got to the pick up window, they asked me to pull forward to wait for my food and everyone else behind me got theirs right away. After waiting for 20 minutes I started to call the restaurant phone number to ask when my food would be coming out since I have babies in the car and could not take them out myself It was finally brought out. When I checked my food before driving off, my fries were ice cold and soggy from sitting in the bag, and my sandwiches were made wrong. When I got back in line, I asked for a manager at the first window, and she told the man that she would be over in a couple minutes as she was eating her own food. I told her I didn’t have a couple more minutes to wait as I was already at the restaurant for 30 minutes and now just received cold and wrong food. When I told her what was wrong, she kept laughing as she wrote down what needed to be remade. Of course I didn’t check it, assuming it would be right And when I got home now, the burgers had no cheese on them and were completely burnt. Instead of making fresh fries, you could tell they dropped the old fries in the fryer to make them hot as they were sopping with grease. Usually, I drive the extra five minutes to go to the other location in Orchard Park, but unfortunately, I didn’t have the time today and I definitely paid for the cost.

I ordered my food online for drive thru pickup at 2:30 am which is 30 mins before they close and as I drove to the drive thru speaker no one answered so I pulled to the pickup window and seen a black lady with long dreads and as I try to get her attention even though we made eye contact yet still ignored me and continued on prepping to close.This is my first interaction with the staff and I am unsatisfied with the service and staff and felt disrespected.I hope this issue is being acknowledged and taken seriously to ensure customers are served appropriately!

Came in for a DoorDash pickup today and the experience was… rough . The older lady with glasses never greeted me, didn’t say “I’ll be right with you,” nothing — just kind of looked at me and then hit me with a flat “what can I get for you” .
I showed the order on my phone, no acknowledgment. When she handed me the bag, I said thank you and she literally said nothing back . Felt super ignored and honestly, that’s not the customer service people deserve .
Hoping they improve the friendliness here — even a simple hello goes a long way . *****

My review was about how I was treated directly by your employee — the older lady with glasses. She didn’t greet me, didn’t acknowledge anything I said, and didn’t respond when I said thank you. I wasn’t upset about the order or the app — just the customer service I received as a human standing at the counter.
Just wanted to make sure that was understood.

Was in the drive thru for 30 and no one took my order. 4 cars in the second lane had passed me, I said hello multiple times at the speaker, and nothing. I’m not just gonna sit there, so I pull up thinking I can just tell them at the first window, and no one’s there. I felt bad for having to tell them so soon at the second window, but I didn’t really have a choice. So I tell the woman and explain why I just pulled up. She immediately had a horrible attitude, and was saying how she can’t take orders at the window, slammed the window in my face multiple times. I was super nice the entire time as well, offering to pull up or pull to the side. And how I understand the stress, as I also work in fast food. Than I just asked for a manager, and she said “we’re both busy” extremely rude. I get the stress and they are probably short staffed, but no need to take it out on costumers. I always come to this McDonald’s and they are very nice and quick. But this woman isn’t built to handle the fast environment. Currently pulled up, going on an hour got me messed up over some grinch meals

No ice cream during shamrock shake time( so went to DQ), water down coke , old fry’s and nuggets not crispy. This is the second bad experience at this location and will be me last. They on star for on time service. Do better.

I ordered 2 medium frappes and was given one large and one small. When I told the lady I ordered 2 mediums she told me “well that’s not what’s in my screen. I see a large and a small.” When I showed her my app with my order on it, she was quick to catch an attitude and said “yeah I know I see that” and when I said again “but I ordered two mediums” she responded “I gave you large and small it evens out and there’s no price difference” but see, it wasn’t about the price. It’s about the fact that these are for two different people, hence why I ordered 2 seperate drinks. She told me she’s not fixing it as there’s no change in prices and that I could seperate them at home. I understand it was late and she may have just wanted to go home, but same for me??? I just got off an 18hr shift at a hospital to come to McDonald’s and have my order be refused to be fixed. If they did not have medium cups, they could have just said that instead of arguing with me about a large and small, but she never once said anything about being out of mediums. Every time I come to this McDonald’s something is wrong, weather it be the food, the service, or just the place. As another example I came to McDonald after work and sat in the drive through for 20 minutes, no response. I pulled around, no one was at the window, so I drove up to the second to be told they were closed. It was 7:40 am by this time and when I pointed out that the paper on the wall says “5am” she slammed the window closed in my face so I went inside and ordered from the same women with the same attitude. This has got to be the worst McDonald’s in the area and I will no longer be purchasing food from here. It is utterly ridiculous how the employees act.

I won’t be back here at this time. I deleted the app. I just watched the manager tonight put her hands on a big order of fries for fries in a bag with her palm, touching the top of the fries. My fries are undercooked and my meat was horrible for my double cheeseburger. They were throwing they were nice food has went downhill and they contaminate in. I feel bad for the person that was behind me who had that big old order of seven cheeseburgers with those fries I would’ve told them, but I didn’t want confrontation people get mad when you don’t mind your business.

Absolutely terrible service. My friend came here tonight and was treated like trash. The lady at the window had serious problems. The people working were only taking orders from one side of the drive through. When not taking the order she pulled forward understanding because she also works at fast food. The way she was treated was absolutely horrible and she didn’t get her order. I would love to see this lady fired. This had to be one of the worst employees I’ve ever heard about

Not one time have I ordered a burger or several burgers and the pickles were separated. They’re always stacked ontop of each other. Like c’mon, and before people say oh you don’t know.. I worked at the one on Pine in the falls. NoT tHaT hArD foods usually good tho. Frys could use more salt

The woman who took my ordered should not be in the public eye
She was very grumpy, and she didnt even hand my change back to me, she put it on the side of the register and walked away. She gave me back 14 singles and coin for my change. She was tired or maybe that was her normal state. Not friendly at all. Floors were dirty in front and behind the counter. The bathroom smelled like someone died in there. There were no napkins out and I was afraid to ask for them.
