Absouhanda down the worse McDonald’s we have in Buffalo. Terrible service. They had everyone waiting inside because they had to take door dash orders and told us it’s because they had only one person at the register on a Saturday evening. 730 pm and they were rude ignoring everyone just to say they’re going to mess up our orders. Even when you door dash my child is always missing a drink shirt on nuggets or the order is completely wrong. They could have kept Genesee open and closed this one. The staff is always just playing around but acting as if they are so busy and can’t get your order. And the drive through is even worse. You’ll run out of gas before you can even give your order just to find out it’s wrong. I feel like they damage people’s orders if you complain and really have no regard for service at any respectable level. Absolutely hate it and would never recommend this place!!

Doordashed a spicy chicken combo meal and some cookies. The order is straight up on the outside of the bag and somehow all I received was two large fries, my Dr. Pepper and 10 sweet and sour sauces? Employees cannot read or do not bother remotely checking stuff before it’s sent out. Truly not difficult to make sure an order is right prior to handing it off.
