0230-store is open- there’s an employee to answer the speaker, cars sitting at the drive-thru window, girl answers “you door dash or uber eats?” “no.” “we closed.” online hours listed as 24 hours and reviewed by management 7 weeks ago. will allow you to put items in your cart/bag on the app, but then won’t allow you to complete the order. so either employees are unaware of their own hours or management is.

I wanted to like this store, but I honestly didn’t think the prices or deals were very competitive compared to other nearby options. On top of that, the overall vibe felt cold and unwelcoming. The staff didn’t seem particularly friendly, and several shoppers were noticeably rude; no manners whatsoever. Customer service and atmosphere matter, and that piece was lacking for me.

Only one worker was working at time of vist. Had to wait for all the drive through was completed for her to take my order. She was nice though. Normally this location is fast so I will give them this 1 time.

Workers don’t even realize their receipts have surveys that get you a 6 digit promo code for whatever deal is going on , not only a 4 digit code that comes from a mobile order and then Workers can’t get their attitudes in check even after realizing they were wrong. 3 times 1 day I got under cooked rubber feeling Spicy Deluxe couldn’t even take a bite out of it it was so tough, oh also seemed like I had to build the sandwich myself since they were so nice to put all the ingredients on the side and not in the sandwich, and then I got a basically raw quarter pounder as well. 3 different times I stopped at the same location within an 8 hour span and all 3 times my food was very undercooked. Terrible experience all around this location really really sucks believe me.

I truly despise this location for McDonald’s not only are they extremely rude and unprofessional. They are always messing up the orders. I just hope this location closes down they don’t appreciate the community for spending money as well as become attitudey to correct the issue. Really tired of those place. And it deserves no stars.

We usually go to this place every week or two. The food is okay and the prices are pretty cheap but there is a little things wrong.
At this place I ordered a burger and some fries, including a kids meals with chicken nuggets. The staff are kind however most of the time the forget to add the sauce to the nuggets. Additionally, they also forgot to add the chicken nuggets but quickly gave it back. They were nice but it could be better. Additionally, if you want to get a breakfast sandwich here I recommend to not order bacon with the breakfast sandwich. The “bacon” with it isn’t even bacon, it’s just some ham.
Overall, I think it’s good place to go every once in a while but sometimes they can forget to add things to orders.

Horrible!!! Me and my family been waiting for 15-20 minutes for someone to answer at the intercoms. They are so rude and gave me and my kids solid rock hard spoiled 3 double cheeseburgers. They need all new employees with common sense. I’m tired of them mistreating customers playing on the phones all day not paying attention it’s very ignorant. This place might as well shut down this service really digest me every single time! Rate 0 out of 5 star HONESTLY.

I was waiting at the counter for 30 mins straight and none of the employees took my order then when I finally ordered I had to wait another 30 mins to get my food and I asked them when will I get my food and they said rather you wait another 30 mins or leave then I left and they took 30$ from me at the end of the day horrible McDonald’s don’t ever come here you guys just lost a customer and recommendations from others

This is probably the worst McDonalds in the United States. The staff at this location are the laziest, most incompetent, customer service employees anywhere. How is it possible to take 27 minutes to make a big mac and fries? It must take effort to be that slow. The last couple times I went here their attitudes were so bad I thought someone was pranking me or something. One of the guys today just lied to my face about what was in my bag as if I couldn’t just look inside and see for myself. This used to be one of the best locations. Now it is the worst. STAY. AWAY.
