Stopped in coming off of I-90 for a quick lunch. It took a few minutes for the food, but not too bad. The lady who delivered the food was very sweet!
After getting back on the road, I discovered that both chicken sandwiches were very overcooked and chewy. The chicken nuggets were the crispiest I have ever seen, and the Dr. pepper was flavorless. The fries were perfect, but overall a very disappointing lunch.

Order a bacon McGriddle and when I went to eat it it’s only burnt bacon! The size of the sandwich is a joke the lid to my medium drink was bigger than the bun!

Best mcdonalds EVER!!! Fast friendly service, went above and beyond…the manager who i wish I had gotten her name, but she had long black hair, a lip ring and just super nice, she seemed to do well under pressure which is hard for most people. She even allowed me to have oatmeal at 115 AM and some places will and some will not. Then there was the young man at the counter he was super nice and helpful as well….thanks for having the best mcdonalds I have ever been to. No I’m not just saying that, I’m very serious, have a blessed and God Fearing day!! Oh and the young lady who helped make the frappes she rocked as well!! Thanks again! Plus this one was super clean on the inside and out. I did not go into the restrooms, but this place was very clean…

I don’t mind waiting when everyone is short staffed; I get it but I waited 26 mins for a burnt chicken sandwich; which I tried to eat but could not. I got a refund with no apologies given. Rude is an understatement like it’s OK for your staff to be like this because you know my situation will not hinder your business. Burger kings next door they have never been rude to me. Thank you though!!

I don’t usually write reviews for fast food, but the McDonald’s in Irving, NY right off the Erie shore deserves some credit. Whether we’re passing through or heading to the lake, this location has become a go-to stop for us—and it’s consistently solid.
The place is clean, well-maintained, and the staff actually seems to care. Every time I’ve been there, the service has been quick and friendly. Even during busier times, the line moves fast, and the food comes out hot and fresh.
The fries here are always crispy—like, actually crispy—and the burgers are put together better than most other locations I’ve been to. I usually get a Quarter Pounder with Cheese, and it always tastes right. No cold buns, no sloppy builds. They get it right here. And when I’ve gone inside, the dining area has been clean with a calm atmosphere, which is rare for fast food.
It’s also in a convenient spot for travelers—right near the water and some good roadside views. Honestly, it’s just a reliable, well-run McDonald’s that stands out for doing the basics well. If you’re in the area and need a quick bite, this is a good stop.
