Came inside to order, was greeted with a sign saying cash orders must go through drive through.
When asking why they couldnt just run my cash order through the drive through register so I could understand I got a big attitude from Mrs Samuel Jackson for asking until the gentlemen with the beard working politely explained why it wasnt that easy.
Ive never had such arrogant service anywhere in the country just for trying to understand a new policy

11/14/25 did a mobile order and showed up to the restaurant at about 11 pm. There was definitely a little wait for the drive thru however once we got to the speaker the employee was so fast and efficient! Told us to pull up right away and when we got to the window he had our food right away. The employee was a young man and was very kind and personable. It seemed like he was the only one working!!! There was a big line for the drive thru and there were 20+ people inside eating/ordering, so no wonder there was a bit of a wait. He was a champ for dealing with all of that on his own. Give him a raise!

Wasn’t the best experience we sat and watched as a bunch of people that ordered after us kept getting there orders that they also ordered on the kiosk before we eventually got our order, we went up twice to check on the order and were told the kitchen was slow and then ther was a line of people waiting and people filling the parking spots outside and the lady that told us to bare with us because of the kitchen ran to the drive thru windows then outside because she saw a dog she wanted to say hi to. I will not be back I dont know if they need more help or maybe some new help but definitely wasn’t the service im used to getting at any other McDonald’s

Went through the drive thru tonight and pulled up to one of the speakers and they told me to hold on so they could take the order at the other speaker. While I was waiting another car pulled up to the other speaker so they took their order and I was still waiting. I yelled hello to the speaker 3 times before I pulled up to the window. They came to the window and went to read me off a total which at that point I told her I never got to order because they so rudely ignored the fact that I was there. She took my order, made me pull up and when I got home my medium fry was filled enough to be a small and my fiancés 6 piece nugget only had 3 nuggets in it. I would give them 0 stars if I could but I can’t so they got 1.

Drive-through is open 24 hours. Went today at 4:40 AM refused service because they were setting up for breakfast. Last week the bagels were frozen The week before that they forgot my hash brown Always a problem at this place
Went back again and was told they are closed again due to lack of staffing. The guy that told me they are closed was nice. The lady that butted in told me (if I wanted to come in and clock in) with a side of attitude. I would love to because I probably be able to do her job better than she has been performing!

If you ever think of going to this “24 Hour McDonald’s” between 3-5am, forget it. They will take mobile orders, then you drive 20 minutes to pick up and they say “sorry we are closed between 3-430am every night.” FINE THEN DON’T CALL YOURSELF 24 HOURS AND TURN OFF THE APPS!!!! Do not order Uber Eats from this place anytime after 2am, you will not get your food!!!! Stop wasting your own customers time and costing yourselves money McDonalds. This is business 101 for gods sakes

Every time they’re sooo slow. My girlfriend has been in the drive though for 45 minutes tonight!!!! She paid on the Mobil app so she won’t leave. You guys need to get it together. This isn’t the first time but definitely the last time. You people don’t deserve $3 dollars an hour. Learn how to do your jobs.

Have had multiple problems at this location. They shut down for switchovers but do not shut the app down. They’ll take your order, let you sit at the window until they notice you, then say they’re shut down for however long. You leave and the refund is even delayed back to you. Also had a time when they gave me the wrong order 3 times in a row. The third time I just left because it was not worth the 30+ mins.

I come to order at this McDonald’s roughly every night around 3-3:30a.m. Which is when I get off of work. I was told by a worker “the system is down and will be back up at 4:15 we are preparing for breakfast” Coincidentally almost every night at that time there system is down. And how does she know the system will be back up at 4:15?? Sounds like that’s when she’s gonna turn it back on. Complete joke.
