one star is being generous. this night crew is straight bull. For one, they forgot my sauce and messed up my burgers they want me to eat dry nugs and buns. AND not to mention they forgot BOTH of my large fries. this night crew needs to get there stuff together because it was NOT the first time and i strongly doubt it’ll be the last.

I come here evryday for a coffee and some older lady decided to get very hostile over a coffee. I politely said this is wrong and she insisted she makes them correctly everyday. Does a medium iced coffee 2 sugar come black ? No I’ve been getting coffee there everyday for years and never once received a black coffee. But instead of fixing it she got very loud and was just wanting to be right.
Coffee does not come black expecially McDonald’s. Usually too much creamer. Someone should show her the online menu where it says they already add ingredients that make it not black !!! If I wanted black it would be orders BLACK. Terrible service from her end. Very rude old lady. The kids at night are the only time that place is great

Spent 40 minutes waiting for my food. As I was leaving some girls were still waiting about the same time for just a damn smoothie. I understand these are young kids but whoever is scheduling them needs to stop scheduling all those boys together, not only is it unorganized, they were gossiping more than working

We ordered on the kiosk and we were waiting for our food more than 15 min to realize that the order was ready and got very cold although our order was to bring to the table and we have put the table number in the order.
Of we knew that they will not serve then will wait for our order.

Traveling Around
Terrible for mornings, coffee was wrong, sandwich was wrong. They messed up on 2 diffrrent days. They were busy both times so ill give them that.

This a clean McDonald’s. Typical of it’s franchise, it carries all the regular, much loved menu items. The staff are kind and the location is very accessible. There is a picnic bench in the derby park that share the corner of the road.

I hate doing a 1 star, but I need to warn people. About 25% of my fries tasted like they were made with rotten grease; I’m familiar with this taste; it was super gross, and I spit some out. This has never happened to me at a McDonald’s before.
I’m not in the area long, but I definitely don’t plan on coming back.
