Was in a rush with my 4 children and came through the drive thru. They were busy but our experience was unacceptable. When I finished ordering, the woman taking my order asked “do you need anything else, I sure hope not” (I didnt think 3 meals and a couple happy meals was too much). I should have checked but didn’t and when I got back home found they shorted me a cheeseburger and nuggets and when I bit into my fish sandwhich with no cheese and this is how much tartar sauce was on it……..top notch customer service and quality. Go to a gas station for lunch, probably better off.

Last night I went to the McDonald’s on transit Road. I ordered a large sweet tea white ice one medium fountain drink two large shamrock shakes one medium shamrock shake. Two snack wraps ranch ones with a large shamrock shake And with a large fry Then I ordered another large ham shake with two snack wraps, the spicy kind. One medium shamrock shake, just with a medium french fries. They gave me four snack wraps the spicy one I only asked for with one order of that with a large shamrock shake with a medium and fry with the two spicy snack wraps that was supposed to be for me. But no, they gave me four spicy snack wraps I only wanted to and My Mom paid for this and it cost her $52 is something cents when originally it was not supposed to be that much and I was only supposed to be getting two of the spicy wraps not four of those

Ordered breakfast yesterday morning and had it delivered. When I got it, the bag was sealed (as it should be), but my mcgriddle sandwich was missing and I got diet coke instead of regular coke. Instead of acknowledging it, they point the finger at the delivery service instead. Never going to McDonalds again.

Visited this McDonald’s recently and the experience was quick and straightforward. The service was fast, my order came out correctly, and the location was clean. Easy to access with plenty of parking, and a good stop when you need something simple and convenient. Consistent experience overall.

Had to stop in for a quick grab. The placing of the order was quick but then after that the line barely moved. I think it was a good 10 minutes before getting to the windows. I feel that gast food should be quick and painless. Not an annoyance

This McDonald’s is not that busy. Nice fast food restaurant you should actually try sitting inside. Most of the time it is clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. One time, my friend got his food stolen, and they made him his order again without any complications. Love the prices but sometimes you have to order more than one burger to fill you up. Last time I went here, the bathrooms seemed well maintained. I tried ordering at the counter once, but it is not worth it. Just use a kiosk. They did forget my sauce one time. If you sit in, you can get as many refills as you want. The staff couldn’t care less.

guy upfront looked alone upfront and who knows how little were on grill. decent amount of cars waiting in line. sat there for 5 mins at speaker and no one greeted me. drove off. it’s sad to see that multiple owner/ operators understaff the overnight shift. they schedule based on sales for that hour without taking into consideration those sales show nothing because the speed of service of 2- 3 employees is horrendous. if you can’t staff an overnight, don’t have one!!!

I love the new touch screen order kiosks and that they bring your order to your take if it isn’t ready yet. This place is super clean, friendly staff, and really modern. 24 hour drive-thru is a definite plus! Not many places have 24hr service anymore.

We arrived around 11am. The restaurant was clean, the food was fresh, and the staff was polite! So refreshing! I asked for a side of Mac Sauce and normally I get scoffed at at other restaurants, but the manager was quick to get it ordered and back to me, and the manager in the back that portioned it out smiled and gave a head nod when I thanked him.
