Here’s a decent McDonald’s location in the Rochester area with a clean spacious interior and good deals to be had.
We had the $5 meal deal that included a Junior Chicken, 4 McNuggets, fries and a drink. It was delivered to our table hot and in short fashion. Happy Meal here also provided half & half of mini fries and apple slices.
Even the service was friendly, with the manager informing us to let him know if we needed anything else.

The “muffins “ were not in anyway like they used to be which were Thomas’ like. No effort was made to toast them. The muffins tasted like dense bread. Not happy with Egg McMuffin. Failure to have ALL but one the four elements of the sandwich proper, ruins the sandwich. I think they should revisit the notion of changing the makeup of muffin. Maybe just purchasing Thomas ‘ from a grocery store. Round untoasted muffins make for a bad sandwich.

Very clean and well decorated McDonalds. Service was a bit slow, but let’s be honest, it was 7 a.m.
We did encounter a problem with the electronic on ordering system and ended up have to go to the register to finalize our order.
I must say that seeing a nicely decorated McDonalds made you feel that someone actually sent some time getting things looking good.

This is our go-to when it comes to McDonald’s (due to location). When it’s good it’s good, when it’s not it’s bad. Missing items is frequent, instructions not followed is also common. I’ve been forgotten at the third window more times than once. The staff has, for the most part, always been friendly though. There is a middle aged woman who is always very kind, I wish I knew her name to shout her out.

Much better customer service! I appreciate the courteous, friendly service I received from the staff. There is something this MacDonalds can teach other MacDonalds. It is a clean restaurant with excellent food.

mens restroom was gross covered in pee and smelled horrible. womens restroom was an absolute mess covered in pee. my wife was disgusted at the condition of it. also two workers went in there while we were there and never bothered to clean it. lady that handed us our order order smelled like she hadnt showered in a week. and our food was cold, burgers were old and fries were stale and had no salt. this place was an absolute dump, and ill never stop there again….

Clean (for a McDonald’s), nice drive-through layout with impossibly slow service, and just the right amount of apathy perfectly paired with just a touch of ineptitude from the employees to make this McDonald’s somewhat enjoyable. They only get my order wrong 1 out of every 3 visits, so I am somewhat looking forward to the robot overlords whenever they decide to take over, but it’s not the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. If you don’t mind going back to get your order fixed because you went through the drive-through and didn’t double check your order, and then wanted a fry while you were driving, only to open the bag to zero fries, this is the place for you!
