This location is consistently very long wait times for anything, regardless of the time of day. Expect 20-40min wait time on a order as simple as a double cheese burger. Seems incredibly understaffed, the management sould have enough staff to take orders and unload a delivery at the same time and not shut down the location.

Will never go here again. This morning, I stood in line in the lobby for more than 10 minutes. Not a single worker ever came over to take my order. Went out to the drive-thru, sat for another 10 minutes while they ignored lane 1 and only took orders through lane 2.
These guys just made sure that the Burger King a block away gets my business from now on. They had me in and out of there in less than 3 minutes after I gave up trying to get my breakfast from here this morning

This McDonalds is ridiculous. Sometimes you sit at the kiosk for upwards of 30 minutes just wasting gas with no one taking your order. Other times you get through to have them say “Pull into the next available space while we make your order” only to be met with this. Where the hell are we supposed to go? You have 5 spaces here and you’re telling 10 cars to pull up. This isn’t just once in a while, this is a constant problem. Also fix your parking lot

Slow, incompetent, and rude, and that’s putting it nicely. Attitude was through the roof. Listening comprehension skills 0/10. Fries were cold, hard, and dry, and so were the customer service skills. The young dark skin lady handing me the food did not say a single word, even when I said thank you 3x. The large white woman with red and black hair had crazy attitude and couldn’t understand anything I said. She also didn’t know what comes on a sandwich. This was 7:15 pm 12/28/25. If I was the manager I would have to give an attitude adjustment. Bye!

Employees are rude. At the drive through they will take 5-6 orders and then pull the cars ahead, bring out their orders, rinse and repeat. They argue with you when you try to complain about this practice. You are waiting 20-30 minutes. Either they are low on staff (due to altered wait time practices to show a need) or they just don’t care. Store management does nothing. Corporate does nothing.

Went here to pick up a DoorDash order and the two employees refused to do anything. We sat at the drive thru for like 10-15 minutes being completely ignored, all while a prerecorded message kept telling us they’d “help us soon”.
When we eventually got tired of waiting because the order would have been late, we pulled up to the window… only to find the employee standing there, vaping! She then rudely opened the window and said “What do you need?” as if we dared to inconvenience her by expecting her to do her job. Absolutely ridiculous behavior and judging by the other reviews, this location should be closed permanently. Not to mention how gross it is to be vaping around peoples food without their knowledge/consent.

This store needs help or it’ll shut. Being completely honest, it is not being managed well.
I have attempted multiple times and the wait whether you go inside or in the drive-through is crazy! It’s almost like they finish one or two orders before they even attempt to begin to take the next order. I just think they need better management and it will run more smoothly. Sitting in the drive-through for 13 minutes right now, we were just trying to see how long it would take. We still were not called and I don’t know how many cars I watched drive off. I said to my daughter, they are losing so much money at the store!
We did leave, I just wanted to share.

The store accepted a door dash order and decided to ignore my door dash driver who was knocking at the window because they are too lazy to do their damn jobs. Only at mcdonalds where workers want to get paid more and can’t even operate a store correctly.

Horrible waits at drive thru not once in a while and not because there is a line, literally only car there and it takes them around 20 min to take your order, don’t even have the decency to say I’ll be right with you. Totally ridiculous.
