Food was warm and fresh, washroom was dirty and unclean, ketchup spoons forks sugar and other stuff was not available, I had to ask for these things separately.

ordered double cheese burgers and a happy meal for my daughter. they all smelled rotten. I even tried a bite thinking maybe it was just me but tasted as bad as it smelled. Later that night I was getting sick. Make this visit even worst they said in the drive thru that there card machine was down so I had to pay cash. the order was something like $30+ and gave them a $100 bill since I wasn’t planning on using cash. Counted my change as I was driving away and was $20.13 short. Well they didn’t “have receipt paper” so they couldn’t confirm I was short changed. Well either they were scamming customers or they aren’t ringing out customers and pocketing the cash. Either way I won’t go to this location ever again and after the smell I don’t know if I will eat McDonald’s in general ever again. District manager needs to be notified about this location.

Lately service is at an all time low my food is cold by the time it’s given to me they don’t care if the food is wrapped properly, or if they dump all the fries into the bottom of the bag, or if your supposed to be frozen drink is completely liquefied. This location has gone to hell and I don’t recommend them to anyone not until they have someone that actual cares enough to make people do there jobs properly!

We waited in line, placed our order and were given our drinks, but asked to move up to the”waiting spot” to get our food. When they finally remembered we were there, they came out with one of the three food items we ordered. When we asked for the rest, they said they already gave it to us. We had to produce the receipt, which we did to help them remember what we had ordered. Then a different person comes out, holding our receipt saying the other said she had given us our food items. We only recieved one of the items of three on the receipt. I told them they could check our vehicle if they really thought that we already had received the food. This person went back inside, mumbling something about having to talk to the manager. I finally turned off the engine to wait. The next person that came out was the one that had taken our order. Since he couldn’t be bothered to put his mask over his nose when he took payment, I was not pleased to see him delivering our food to the car with his mask again not covering his nose, that was bad enough, but he shoved the bag at me in the window, said nothing and slouched away. When my passenger checked to see that we finally got our order, the one paper wrapped sandwich, well it wasn’t even wrapped in the paper. It looked like they threw it on the wrapper without doing the wrap part and tossed it in the bag. I called the store before we left the parking lot and told them the dogs would be getting the food, that the under the nose mask wearer should pull that thing up when handling peoples food. Whoever answered the phone apologize and assured us something would be done. I just don’t really believe anything will happen at this location. We went to a different store, had a much more pleasant experience. We got our food quickly, the employees were polite and pleasant! Avoid this location, unless you have a lot of gas to burn waiting for food that isn’t coming, wrapped properly and persons not following State guidelines for mask wearing when interacting with customers and their food!

It took 20 minutes to get an iced coffee. 2 cars in front of me, each about 5 minutes. Then I sat in the drive thru window for 10 minutes with nobody coming to the window. Huge line growing behind me. Finally someone comes to the window, takes my credit card, gives me the iced coffee and doesn’t say a word about the delay. I understand they are short staffed, but being acknowledged in the 10 minutes would have been great. They weren’t even in sight the whole time. I was actually worried about them, that maybe something happened to them. I was getting ready to call the police to check on them.

Well the cashier was aloof at best, definitely overwhelmed by the few cars and even fewer patrons dining in the place. I had a code for a 1$ sandwich which they couldn’t get right ,said they would take care of the problem at the window . When I got there she had forgotten all about me and charged me $4.50 instead of $1 . And then she had. To get a manager to give me a refund . What a fiasco .

I usually go to this McDonald’s even though there is another that is closer to home, because at this McDonald’s they are have a high turnover, are speedier, and the fries are usually fresh. When I dropped by today to get fries and an iced tea, I was quite disappointed by the fries. When I took the bag at the drive through, I could feel the heat of hot, yummy fries inside. When I peaked in before driving away, I could see the really filled my large fry box full. Oh goodie! Joke was on me though – they put fresh hot fries on top of old cold fries. I cry foul! Not fair! When someone orders only fries and a drink, what they crave is those delicious hot fries – not fresh hot fries on top of tough old fries, to get me on my way. After all, the drive thru customer most likely will not come back to complain, right?
On another note, the iced tea was perfectly refreshing and delicious!

They were a little bit slow because they were understaffed however the manager there it’s pretty awesome she offered me a soda while I waited because she knew it would be a while. Someone came in behind me order two large black coffees in the manager told the worker to make fresh coffee because it had been sitting there a while that is pretty good in my opinion.

Bad, French Fries NOT Cooked all the way. Dried out Hamburgers that have been sitting all day or they were from Yesterday. Very Slow Service. Everyone’s talking but nothings getting done. You know it’s bad when you have four people come to you and asked what are you waiting for. Poor Service.

This McDonald’s is alright. They’re pretty quick compared to the others in the area. Still seems like there’s a lot of room for improvement in all the McDonald’s in the area. Used to provide much faster service. I will say, I’ve never had a problem with this particular location getting my order wrong. I guess it’s better to take the time to do things right rather than rushing and getting it wrong.
