Your fry cook needs more training… soggy, half cooked fries. The burger was thrown together, ironically displaying a sad face of onions. Still tasted like McDonald’s food!

My friend and I went to get food at about 9:30 and we were just getting something small. The person taking our order put the wrong drink for my meal, but my friend wanted the dr pepper so we just asked for the one I wanted, a large root beer. When we went to pay, the person at the window was the one who took our order and only gave us one drink. SHE DIDN’T EVEN ADD MINE. When we asked her politely about it, she basically just looked at us like we were crazy or trashy for asking her about it and making “Uh, no” noises at us. She was a blond, small woman in what looked like a manager’s shirt. I used to be in management at a different McDonald’s and her behavior was not only uncalled for, but also unprofessional. We felt gaslight and like she was talking to us like children.

Placed order at the drive through a little after 11pm. Was not given my receipt. Fries were fine. Burger was not. Burger was not cooked thoroughly. Sandwich outer appearance looked like they submerged it in grease(fecal matter on a shingle). If they were closing early they should have never taken my order. Do not go to this McDonald’s at or after 11pm. Not worth the money.
4/1/2025 Ordered at drive through a bit past 6pm. Always check the quality and accuracy of your order at this restaurant. If you can, order at the inside counter. Always demand a receipt. Old stale warm cold fries burger warm looked ok ? weird after taste after trying it. Will be permanently avoiding this McDonald’s.

The restaurant was busy when I arrived, but the staff quickly took my order and had it ready in just a few minutes.
-I ordered a Big Mac meal with a side of chicken nuggets and a Coke. I was impressed by how quickly my entire order was ready.
-The food was very tasty and fresh. The Big Mac had a generous amount of sauce and toppings, and the bun was soft and fresh. The nuggets were crispy and flavorful, and the Coke was nice and cold.
-The staff were friendly and professional. They greeted me with a smile and made sure my order was correct. They also checked back with me to make sure everything was to my liking.
-The restaurant was clean and well-lit, and the seating areas were well-maintained. I felt comfortable and safe eating there, even in the middle of a busy lunch rush.
Overall, I had a great experience at McDonald’s and would definitely visit again. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the restaurant was clean and well-managed. If you’re looking for fast and tasty food, McDonald’s is a great choice!

So after waiting 15 minutes in line at the counter, I decided to call the store asked if anyone works the counter, to which I was hung up on. A couple minutes later after leaving the store with no food one of the employees went to get himself a drink, I asked him if anyone works the counter he replied we are extremely busy. Left with no food, I get sometimes things can be busy but after 15 minutes of not even a greeting that is unacceptable.

STPPED about 5:30pm on 12/14/24 on my way to work. Ordered fish meal with no tartar sauce.
Heading to work took a bit of sandwich and sauce all down my arm and on my coat.

It’s McDonald’s … Ya never know from one day to the next whether it’s going to be good or not … Just a tip if you want fresh fries tell them no salt then they have to cook fresh for you and then ask for salt and pepper packets to be added in the bag and put it on yourself

What can I say. It’s McDonald’s. Food was hot and fresh. Fries were just out of the fryer while being properly salted. The staff is engaging and friendly. Tables, booths and floors were clean as well as the bathroom.

It’s a hot day so we got the new lemonade and the girl in drive-through tells us to pull up. (Understandable) But only so they had more time to mix our lemonades with water. If I could rate this 0 stars I would.
