Excellent McDonald’s!! They had pretty good (friendly) employees working the counter when I arrived at 3:15. I especially liked the male manager (who was having a team meeting when I showed up). He emphasized team work and accountability!! He sounds like an excellent manager, and definitely an asset to McDonald’s!! Well run McDonald’s!!

It’s pretty sad when you pull up to the drive through window and you get told hold on a minute and you end up waiting almost 10 minutes. And then you place your order. And they tell you that you can’t have something, because it’s broken. They never fix stuff around here. So would you like to order something else then? When you get up to the cash air. She takes over four minutes while sitting there talking with other staff members.Then, when you get up to the delivery window, you happen to look in.And there’s a staff member standing there in a brake pink housecoat.Just talking to everybody, this don’t sound like mcdonald’s.It sounds more like a daycare, very displeased with the service.

HORRIBLE this McDonald’s is one of the worst I have EVER been to I went to this McDonald’s on the way home and I was tired and cranky and the bathroom was locked and there was literal garbage on the table and a person sleeping at a table on the corner the roof was leaking the floor was literally soaked I almost slipped and fell on my way in the drink station looked dirty and we waited for fifteen minutes and the employees were eating before serving us and didn’t even say hello when we came in and it was way understaffed I will NEVER return to this McDonald’s again

Horrible customer service. Has me waiting more than 20 minutes when I’m saying “hello” multiple times to the speaker in the drive thru with no reply. Food takes forever to make and I’m still currently waiting as I give this place a review.

We debated on making this review because they have sooo many bad reviews. This was the worst mcdonadls experience we have ever had!! We waited in line for nearly 15 minutes for our food!! Employees in Street clothes sitting on there phones! When we finally received our order it was wrong!! My daughter wanted no ketchup on her burger and we got ketchup regardless. We did not have time to have our order corrected due to needing to catch our train. Corporate please do somthing about this McDonald’s!!

The woman behind the counter was consistently muttering under her breath but loud enough for everyone to hear very rude comments. One of them being “if you don’t like it go somewhere else” when she notified me they don’t have ice for my Carmel macchiato, to which I said that is completely okay. To give context; it was obvious they were understaffed. It was also obvious the previous shift clearly did not do prep work. I told the employee to take her time because I can see they are struggling. They did not get my order right. The food was cold. My iced coffee was replaced with “hot coffee” but the hot coffee wasn’t even luke warm. I know corporate won’t see this but I hope whoever reads this review heads my warning to NEVER go to this McDonald’s. The service/food is HORRIBLE.

went through the drive-through to place a fast food order was not greeted was not told to hold waited 10 minutes drove up to the window for a young lady to look me rudely in my face I said is the machine broken she said no I just put the headset on why are you working fast food and your headset is not on is beyond me. Then I requested to place the order at the window and she said I would have to go back around. Terrible service. Terrible customer service. The guy from the grill was in the background going to get a beverage. They’re acting like nobody’s on the clock someone needs to investigate this.

No one working the drive thru, you wait over 10 minutes. When you finally get a person its all attitude like we are interrupting their time. Even at the window to pick up your food. I will absolutely not be returning here.

So I show up and it’s a 24 hour McDonald’s with 2 lanes. 1 lane has a car in it, so I pull to the other and wait. We’re waiting for a while and finally the one car orders and I assume it’s my turn. Nope the car behind it orders and I’m waiting. I notice a guy on foot standing behind the car and they get to him first. So I decide to pull back and pull into that lane. And they take the guys order who ordered on the app who is also on foot. So I order and worst mannerisms for a McDonald’s. I imagine there’s a more customary way to take an order but that’s out the window. No ask if I want a different size and no total cost or no double checking the order. So I pull up the window and I pay and get my food in normal time but my drink was missing ice and 75% full. There was no one behind me so I don’t understand the lack of customer service. The food. Fries were double salted which I couldn’t finish and the burger was normal. Give them credit there. Because it’s late does that mean the decline on service?

Every time between the masked supervisors attitude I go in to order 10 people working I was only one inside 2 cars in drive thru get told o no when another employee tried taking my order no we’re not taking orders between the 10 min waits still when slow just a horrible customer experience I’ll go to bagel grove from now on since my money is apparently no good and believe me not worth the aggravation
