Well. Usually this McDonald’s location always gets our food RIGHT. But I wanted a WELL done qrt pounder amy sandwich was practically raw. Being a cavman, I am accustomed to eating half cooked rabits, deer, coyotes, skunks, squirrels, Owls, Fish(no carp), wild bore, the occasional bobcat, muskrats, Buffalo and beef half cooked. But I fund this half cooked sandwich qtr pounder unacceptable in the world of civilization. Price was fair and service at window is always good.

I have gotten to a point that I’m getting fed up with this location I go here three times a week for the past 4 months. Today was the last straw and now I am boycotting this restaurant.
Each time I’ve gone here they’ve forgotten an item one time they forgot two burgers. They make them incorrectly they are overcooking them to the point it tastes like they are sitting there for 6 hours. The fries honestly taste cold half of them half of them taste cooked. I am getting so fed up having to call sometimes somebody picks up the phone there sometimes they don’t and it’s now getting to the point I’m just getting tired of having to call.
And now after me trying to be pulled by and call once more because today they forgot to give me my drink they didn’t ring me in for my sauces they forgot to give me another Burger my burgers were so overcooked that I could barely bite through them and I was being polite about it now I’m going to call the house apartment on this location the temperatures on their food need to be checked something needs to be done this location is getting a little out of control. I hope management Seasons I hope they take what I am saying and actually look into this because obviously when I’m calling and I’m expressing my concerns for the last several months they’re not caring so hopefully they will care when the health department shows up because I am getting fed up so now each time I go there and I have an issue I will be following up with the health department because I am tired of having undercooked fries and overcooked burgers.

Avoid this McDonald’s at all times. Ordered mobile pick up, my husband went to pick it up. The manager said my phone had to be with my husband order to get my food. Makes no sense I ordered many times from different McDonald’s never had this issues before. I ended up canceling my order because I couldn’t come to the store. Manager very rude even though my husband showed the order number he said he couldn’t give it to us. How pathetic

I drive by the McDonald’s closest to my office to go to this location. Jennifer was a perfect example of great customer service this morning. Shes super friendly, cares about her work, and is good at what she does. This store is cleaner, faster, and the quality is better than the one closer to me.

Cynthia is the best!!! She’s my favorite is so sweet, she needs a pay raise, nobody has customer service like her. I’ve witnessed her multitasking and couldn’t believe how she did it with having such a calm positive attitude, I hope when I come back I hear she’s got a pay a raise and that McDonald’s acknowledged her. People that work need to be acknowledged, she’s so sweet everytime I come.

So my husband wants items to play the game for monopoly. So online it says the hasbrows come with it. I am currently writing a paper so I decided to suprise him with some game pieces. When we got the order there was none on them. I then drove to the store because that was the point of ordering what I did, just to make his day. I get there and the employee says we’ll we dont have anymore game pieces for hashbrowns once we’re out we’re out and its done. Please update this online because its misleading and defeated the sole purpose of my order today. Thank you!!
