Service was poor with bad attitudes for the big black gentleman and my burgers orders for my children one was bitten off & slimy substance so we didn’t trust it and had to throw the whole meal away because there was no way we were giving anything from that bag to my family. Don’t do a mobile order. Wait times are routinely 15-20 minutes for basic items. Employees mark your order as being prepared immediately so you can’t cancel, even after waiting 20+ minutes. Has happened multiple times.
Store is dingy, and employees walk right by knocked over signs in the parking lot without picking them up. Zero pride or effort. Absolutely garbage franchise restaurant.

The wait inside is so despicably long that customers were telling each other good luck and they meant it. You could spend an hour standing there while they play in your face. I don’t think businesses like this should be in operation if they can’t run something so simple. Shut it down or get new management.

Oh and on top of that i had to build my own kids meal. They sent the box folded up as how it would come shipped to the store from the manufacturer

They were absolutely horrible service, I went in for a pick up order at their late time bcuz I just got off work, so I’m trying to get a quick meal to feed my wife and kids and the lady in the window had the nerve to tell me that I didn’t place my order after I showed her my order right to her face while I’m standing out in 20 degree weather. Waiting for a pick up order and I have been here for an hour.
That is the main problem with this specific McDonald’s is that it will take way too long to receive even the simplest of order and I have seen two cars move. Management need to take some kind of action this has not been going on just this one time it is multiple times and it’s actually consistent on how slow and under developed this long time establishment is.

I have ordered 4 Mac chicken, 4 medium French fries and 10 pieces of chicken. I ended getting only Mac chicken and French fries. There was no chicken nuggets in the bag so I attempted to call them several times, but no one answered. I paid $32.20 for only Mac chicken and French fries.
