BOTH of my snack wraps were completely raw. I bit into the first one and it felt and tasted weird and I immediately saw the inside was fully uncooked. Incredibly dangerous and actually insane. I called the store and could only leave a message. Go here if you want salmonella.

Stood at the counter for 10 mins until someone saw us some people order the old fashion way other customers were waiting behind us, bagels were not toasted. Upcharged us on drinks when we ordered meals we had coffee and orange juice but that’s how it is the staff needs better training when it comes to serving customers.

Went to this MCD nalds because it’s the new of the few left with a play place. The play place area was clean and well kept up. That is the positive the rest of the experience was very poor. I managed a mcds for over 10 years so I am giving a review like corporate would give. Food was ordered via app while in store. Order came out person said Greg. I raised my hand(we were only group there and sitting at designated table number. The worker dropped tray on table nearest to him and walked out without another word. I got up walked over and brought tray over. 2 happyeals, 2 value meals, single sandwich and a smoothie. First thing noticed was there were no cups for drinks or the milks for the happy meal. The smoothie (only drink that was brought out)was an odd color and I immediately knew that the base had run out when they made it and it shou,ld not have served it. I went to counter got the cups but for some reason they couldn’t find the milk and told me they would bring that out which they did about 5 minutes later again plinking it down on nearest table and walking out. Absolutely the worst service I have ever seen at a mcds ever. I should have written a letter to corporate it was so bad. It was obvious the chicken had been overheld in cabinet as well. Auburn McDonald’s on Grant Ave needs a lot of work to just be satisfactory.

Tack on another 1 star for our Auburn McDonalds, first one I have ever given to any establishment. I’m not going to get into a long reason why (that would take too much of my time, and I already wasted to much there). I’m thinking Corporate should step in or everyone there from the top to the bottom should go down to BK for a couple weeks training.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Why does the owner of this location not do anything here? You stand there and wait with the worst service I have ever seen. I just waited a half hour and walked out without lunch at 11 AM. They weren’t even busy yet. No urgency at all. Absolutely the worst run location I have ever seen. I have given them multiple chances and always the same outcome. I waited for 30 minutes at the counter to get waited on and finally I just walked out and will never return!!! If the franchise owner reads these–you really need to fix this. This is not how corporate wants their brand seen! I wish I could give negative 5 stars!

Avoid if you can! This has to be one of the worst McDonald’s we’ve ever eaten. Poor service – took 25 minutes for three meals to arrive and then my son who asked for his plain had to wait another 10 minutes for the correct order. It wasn’t very clean, looked dated and had a strange smell. My burger wasn’t cooked all the way through so was pink in the middle and grease squirted out from it which made it inedible. I felt sorry for the staff working there as they multitasked cleaning and trying to help make food. If I could give a zero score I would’ve as it was really, really poor.

Placed an online order at 10:15 AM for breakfast went to pick it up. It wasn’t ready was told it was after breakfast time and they would not make my order but you took my order at 10:15 AM 15 minutes before breakfast ended and they took my money For said order. Asked to speak to a manager was told no manager was available. They were on break. Waited until 1130 and still no manager showed up. They kept saying they didn’t know where the manager was.

I ordered a flurry at the drive thru and asked for it to be well mixed. Person who took the order and handed me the receipt said he asked for it to be well mixed, and the guy who handed it to me at the second window said “well-mixed Oreo flurry” as he handed it to me. I came to find that I had been handed a fully un-mixed flurry, Oreo pieces just sitting on top with a spoon shoved in it. I hope whoever prepared it thought it was funny because it really ruined my night. Love the morning crew though. They are great. No issues with breakfast.

Young man working tonight’s evening shift (11/6/25) was so awfully rude and disrespectful not only to me but to the woman ahead of me. I discovered my burger had no onions on it and when I stated the order was wrong he not only took my burger back to the back but he put an entire handful of onions on my burger. When I made note of it he replied well how much onions you want on it cause this how we make it now! I requested my money back and they declined. I’m so disappointed at the staff and this entire establishment. My experience was so very poor! I would never visit the Grant Ave. location in Auburn again. These kids need work and professional etiquette even if it is fast food! Do better McDonalds
