The place was dirty and smelled like the sewer backed up. My grandchildren wouldn’t use the bathroom because you could smell it in the whole place. Tables were not clean and it needs a makeover. Food and service fine

Came here for a black and white milkshake and the workers were like uhhhhhh….so we told em and thought they understood but nope. They put chocolate, vanilla, chocolate vanilla. That’s not how you make it though. It’s chocolate, vanilla and mix. Didn’t think it was complicated but I guess it was.

The vanilla milkshake is awesome and tge texture was sooooo good. We felt so relaxed and we were in the shade with not to much light.

Their response when I asked why lake placid doesn’t do that…we’re not lake placid…man I sure hope the owner and manager sees this cause it’s every time, I shouldn’t have to drive an extra 15 minutes for decent service when it’s the same dam owner

Very disappointed. I understand this very busy location but really, management allows employees on their phone while working? Germs?And we witnessed one of your young lady employees come out of the stall and never wash her hands. We go into her stall and she has just taken a poop. It smelled so bad. Then we saw her 2 minutes later handing out drink cups to customers. This made our experience very unpleasant. Other than a couple employees who were friendly, I just wish they cared about cleanliness as well.

Paid $7 for a deluxe McCrispy and it was on stale bread that was broken in half and the chicken was cold with a weird texture like it had a lot of tendons?? Giving it two stars because I’ve eaten here many times and it’s usually decent but this was appalling. They were no other cars so it wasn’t busy, the service was nice so I’m not really sure what happened. I probably should’ve gone back for a replacement but didn’t want bother

Was hesitant about this place after reading a couple recent bad reviews. I’m pleased to say they were way off! Very nice wait staff, super fast food delivery to the table and everything looks and tastes great. The music and flowers on the table were a nice touch too.

I ordered online tonight (Thursday the 6th), and I got a deluxe spicy mcrispy. Well, what I got was everything EXCEPT THE CHICKEN. I get that they were busy, but this is NOT ACCEPTABLE. Unfortunately I found this once I got back home 30 minutes away, so I did not bring this in. Something must be done!

Went to pick up mobile order placed 20 minutes prior to mcdonald’s breakfast ending, clicked i’m already here, and then when i finally went to get my order they told me it was 10:30 and they couldn’t make it. No 2 tables together were clean for my family of 4 to be able to sit together. Never got the mayonnaise I asked for. We ordered a bunch of nuggets and only got 3 packs of sauce, when I went up to ask for another the guy charged me a quarter. (THATS A FIRST) meanwhile my wife went to the bathroom and couldn’t wash her hands because there was no soap. When she finally was able to eat we didn’t have her french fries. There’s also no ketchup packets available without asking and I didn’t want to be charged for anything else so I never even bothered to ask for some.. Today at this McDonald’s was a JOKE!
