Usually, we drive out to this location due to the great customer service and the food is usually great… However, lately, the last few months, we usually are disappointed, when we eat here.
The Coca has been disgustingly sweet, too much syrup and not enough carbanation. Which, we love to come here to have a Coke that u can’t get elsewhere…that perfect “ahhhh” feeling when we drink it…but .not lately, it’s been gross ..and we have to pour it out .. we once said something to the person in the back and she told us…” Hmm..idk..” and then, gave me the sweet tea, I asked for and proceeded to explain how ..”I wasn’t supposed to do that ..but..here u go ” like nah,I paid for a drink …I’m going to get one ..even if u have to exchange it out for something, I can drink ..even if it is something different from what I ordered. It is t my fault that the Coke was bad..
Now, we drove out here…again ..trying to get our usual, great experience…BUT WE HAVE BEEN LEFT DISAPPOINTED ..AGAIN .SMH. AGAIN, the Coke-Cola was terrible form the back ..so sweet, no carbanation. And I ordered 4 nuggets and get 3.5. and I know there is ZERO point in complaining…the service was also, disappointing. The cashier didn’t greet us ..didn’t smile… We felt like she was bothered she had to come take our cash ..cuz we put on our own order at the kiosk. She wasn’t very welcoming…at all.
Just …sucks…we always drive to this one for the great experience, we aulaly get..but the past several times…have left us feeling like perhaps, we outta just go to the one closest to our home.

I was unsure if McDonald’s made decaf iced coffee and when I called this morning the manager Jamie let me know that they do. After that phone call she brewed the decaf iced coffee for me and she was so polite and kind when I went in to get it. I highly recommend this McDonald’s.

Ordered over $30 in food never got butter, syrup, utensils or jelly for the big breakfast with hot cakes! Husband went in and told them and still no syrup for the hot cakes!

I was pleasantly surprised by the modern look and cleanliness of the restaurant. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, which was really nice. I ordered my meal and was amazed at how quickly my order was prepared. When I received my food, it was still warm and I really enjoyed my meal. I am very pleased with my experience at McDonald’s and would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for good fast food! Thank you McDonald’s for your excellent service.

Started 2 do order ourselves on indoor screen But went to counter instead and someone was available promptly. Also, food was brought to our table quickly and finally a McDonald’s with fully operating milkshake and ice cream products

Ordered double cheeseburgers and chicken sandwiches. Everything was made with flattened bottom rolls. It was like eating a hamburger on squished sliced bread. Only got a “yeah, we know” they could have said something when we were ordering.
