Refused to take our order. Did not inform anyone why they were ignoring us. Waited over 15 minutes in the drive through line and nobody else was in the line. Proceeded to go inside to see if we could order inside. We still were not even acknowledged. A doordasher was waiting at the counter also not being helped or spoken to. Completely unacceptable. It’s one thing if they we busy but they had nobody there but us and the dasher. Be better at communicating and in general.

Maybe pay attention to when cars pull up to the drive thru ???? Outside lane ignored while two cars pulled up after us on inside lane and had orders taken . I would have left but the person with me is on the spectrum and would have gotten upset . Then the snarky little old man (short beard )was clueless taking the money ….miserable BTW…..put the kids in at least they are nice. Get it together…not rocket science.

I have ordered delivery from here at least 4 times the past 2 weeks for myself and coworkers. Every single time the orders are messed and we never get straws for the drinks. Very frustrating. Burgers are always have topping the we opted out of, missing items every time. Then today I went and ordered food because my DoorDash order from here was missing my burger and I was hungry. The drive through order was even messed up. I was floored how EVERY SINGLE time I order it’s wrong. I hate to complain but I mean, this has been ridiculous. And unfortunately when is delivery it’s worse cause your stuck at work with no food to eat after wasting 40 minutes for the food and wasting $ that after you complain to the app the give you $ back to only use at the same restaurant. Dumb.

If you’re getting food from the drive-through, even if it has the label on it telling you what it is don’t leave until you check and unwrap everything. This is the third time now I’ve ordered a spicy snack wrap and gotten a different version I didn’t want first it’s hot honey then nothing now ranch it’s not that hard to get it right

Worst experience at a McDonald’s I’ve ever had. Came in for breakfast two days in a row because I’m here in town on business. First day food came out ok, but had to listen to two people in the back talking loudly about how much they hate one of their coworkers and complaining that she gets paid more sometimes.

Day 2 didn’t even get food. I ordered, sat down to wait, and then the manager started yelling at someone in the back in an incredibly condescending manner. It was so loud the whole restaurant could hear it word for word. After waiting longer through the manager’s tirade in the back, my colleagues and I ended up having to leave to get to our venue in time.

We asked about the timing for the food and the girl at the front said “I literally don’t have any food for you.” We then asked for a refund and were told to bring our receipt, but the kiosk didn’t give one, so they had to print us a receipt. We were then told to take the receipt and come back later for a refund, but when we insisted on a refund and asked for the manager to come process it we were curtly told “she can’t right now”. We eventually got our refund, but now we’re late.

I get that it’s a McDonald’s, but these two experiences were so insanely unprofessional it left me floored. As a visitor from Canada I can confirm I’ve NEVER had such a bad customer service experience on my side of the border.

First of all, the staff is very nice and receptive, thank you! As for the food, just wasn’t prepared to McDonald standard, it left me wanting better. Good chance it was just an off moment or an order that they don’t get regularly. Mere than willing to visit again, maybe just not for breakfast

I ordered food, took 8 minutes to get my food and delivered which was great but the food was cold and absolutely disgusting. Fries were soggy and cold, the big Mac was cold and my wrap was disgusting! Couldn’t of sat to long for delivery since from the time I ordered and delivered was 8 minutes so im assuming food was old. Will not be eating or ordering from there ever again!

Didn’t receive order at another location due to unavailability after allowing me to make the original order but went to drive thru at this location then told ordering inside was faster. Once inside order placed in mobile app for two pies and took them over 20 minutes for cold pies. Ridiculous could’ve waited in drive thru line for better service

Waited 30 mins for 4 burgers and 2 shakes. Would of had to wait another 15 or more based on how long everyone else was waiting, while ALL the employees ignored the people standing there 6 or more) and moved at a snails pace. More concerned about drive thru and DoorDash. The absolute worst customer service I have ever witnessed. All you hear is beeps, cuss words and all you see is the back of people heads. Fast food, what a joke. Some people only have 30 mins for dinner break. Thank God I did not prepay!
