Super dirty, waited for a half an hour for my food. One worker had an order paper on her mouth the entire time and just fooling around. She was continuing to touch her mouth. I ordered the fish sandwich and was told someone turned the fryer off so I would need to wait an hour. Unbelievable and super unprofessional even for McDonald’s.

They forgot 1 of my burgers and didn’t notice until I got home. Frys were cold. 8 dollar deluxe burger and no tomato or Lettuce. Nuggets were obviously old and and the burger was overly seasoned with salt or pepper.

Every single time I go here they get something wrong. I really don’t understand how it’s this hard to get an order right. The only reason I go here is because I work across the street. Every other location is better than them. They are rude, unprofessional and need to be better managed clearly. I will not be going back.

I don’t know where to begin…..Management does not care about food quality or customer service. I limit my complaints because its falling on deaf ears but something has to give. Understanding its fast food it does not have to be over cooked, burnt, over fried and all together not given to the customer. WaIting at the drive thru for 20 mins to be given, over fried fries and missing chicken nuggets. Can’t complain about that as I was given the money back but explain it to the person whose meal they didn’t provide. I would share my photos as they speak for themselves.
Update its only getting worse, the crew especially management could care less about customers. You pay for things you don’t get. Receipt and no extra cheese. That was paid for! Got this sticker though.

Spent $25, sat in line for 20 minutes, get home wonder why the cheeseburger feels light taking it out the bag..because it just bun & cheese! No meat. & the cheese is on the back side of the bun. Almost no words for the incompetency.
