It was very busy in the drive thru, and it took a long time to even order. Girls at the windows were nice. Got 2 dbl cheese, and the meat was old and dry. They really need to have more care about the food they serve. Step it up guys!

The customer service was fantastic! & The service was fast.. but unfortunately, with fast service; usually that downgrades the quailty of the food. The food that I had purchased was obviously sitting in the warmers past the allocated limited time. The meat for both the burger and chicken nuggets were hard, dry, and dark.

Shake machine is 99 percent of the time “broken” but that’s not even the problem. This particular mcdonalds ALWAYS messes up our order. It never fails…. something is always missing or wrong…. we don’t order complicated things either… I just don’t get it.
