I had the best time here.1: when i got it here they had the heater on and it was very nice. 2:when i askee for no onions and i though i feel like they aren’t gonna listen to me but they did and i got 2 cheeseburgers with no onions. The only downside is that when my littme sister did not want to drink the juice box i thought she didn’t want no more but it kinda tasted like juice with water in it but besides from that i had a god time and when i asked for a refill they gave it to me over the brim and i was happy so McDonald’s you are the best and i would come back here

Yo, I been goin to dis McDonald’s for years But lately it’s gettin way outta hand. Lemme tell ya what happened, so I pull up, first window this kid snatches my card like I owe him money. Second window, different dude, same energy but my Fries cold, no napkins, no sauce, not even a “have a nice day.” Like bro what’s goin on back there man I swear, I’m two visits away from quittin McDonald’s more like McDisrespectful for good.

Worst experience at a fast food place in awhile, family of 4, ordered 2 bacon double cheeseburgers. They forgot one. When I finally got it we realized that neither one had bacon on them. The happy meal was missing fries. You have to order ketchup at the kiosk, what kind of burger and fry place doesn’t have ketchup out somewhere where you can get it. Terrible experience. And poorly planned business model.

New facade and looks great, but the service went from fast and courteous, to slow and impolite teenagers. My order hasn’t been right in 5 consecutive trips. The food is cold and looks awful. Won’t be using this location anymore.

I ate at this McDonald’s several times, several times I met a girl of Mexican appearance, she is the head manager. I am Asian, who does not know English well several times. She laughed at me. It seemed to me that she was laughing at my eye shape. She laughed very loudly, moved aside and gave me the wrong! order! They always give me cold potatoes and smelly, I will complain to the head office!
I have eaten at McDonald’s in many countries in Russia in Belarus in the United Arab Emirates in Cyprus in Mexico and in more than 40 States of the USA I have never seen such a McDonald’s attitude! the potatoes smell very much of old oil and they are always cold!

I always stop at this McDonald’s to purchase four shots of espresso with two sugars and six creams when I am traveling on Route 17 either East or West bound. In addition, I generally order a Sausage Egg McMuffin with no cheese and a lemon wedge in the bag. James who typically operates the drive-thru early in the morning is the BEST! He is extremely friendly, pleasant, warm, courteous, and professional. He provides OUTSTANDING customer service and he treats the guests like human beings as opposed to a”Why are you here bothering me…” attitude. He has a genuine and welcoming smile and he is willing and happy to help! He always ensues that my order is prepared accurately and if they are very busy- he will clearly direct me as where to pull my vehicle to and wait.
My meal is always served to me hot and ready to consume. I am almost 60 years old and I have always been an entrepreneur. However, after marital issues in 2013, I worked my first and only retail job as manager at the second largest Valvoline Instant Oil Change franchise in the world where I was employed for over nine years. On average, I dealt with over 30 guests daily with their second most prized possession. I am adept to what great customer service is and James is definitely world-class! With that being said, I will definitely continue to come to this location whenever I am passing through the Library, New York area on Route 17. Kudos to James for providing an awesome customer service experience!

This is a McDonald’s right off Route 17. Easy to get a burger then get back on the highway. Liberty town must have seen better days a long time ago. Not much else to do here.
