Every time I go here I use the drive thru and every time they make me park even when there is no one behind me. Well today they tried it again. There were no other cars so I told them I was not parking. They said I had to. I said you want me to park because me sitting at the window will go over the time limit allowed. The girl shook her head yes and my response was that is not my fault, I am not moving. If a car comes I will move otherwise I’m waiting here for my order. It took about one minute for my order and no cars came. I took my order and thanked them. They were not very happy with me but that’s fine I wanted to make a point. They need to figure out how to get their orders done quicker or they need add more time to their clock!

They are usually good here but quality is going down. I asked for no pickles and extra onions. They not only handed our food to someone else who took a bite and ripped up our food but then handed it back to us. They should have remade it. The food was ruined, the service was horrible. And the atmosphere was very Rushy.

Well the food is always subpar but that’s to be expected with these places but,my biscuit was over done and hard and the hash browns were soggy with grease. Anyway it’s very hard to hear the staff on the speakers outside especially with them wearing a mask. The staff is always nice tho and that makes a big difference.

A mistake was made on my drive thru order (I had to wait in a drive thru stall with another patron and the stuck on receipt was correct but they switched the food in our actual bags). I went back and they fixed my order, gave me a refund and told me I could keep the original order – without me even asking. Great customer service, as sometimes mistakes get made but they definitely made up for it. I was just going to ask for my correct order but they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my order and more than made up for the slight inconvenience I had and I definitely appreciated it. Your crew is amazing, thank you.

Nothing but young kids working barely a clue how to run the place. Cashier was running food for drive thru while serving customers at register. Over salted and soggy fries. Forgot my ranch dressing after I told the young lady three times ranch dressing. Then tried to charge me for a four piece nugget when I didn’t order them
