Ordered some happy meals for my kids and a sweet tea for me. Upon 1st sip it definately doesn’t taste right. My son in the back also got a tea and before I could say something to him he told me the tea tasted funny too. Couldn’t drink it. My other kids also said it tastes like it went bad. The kids food tastes alright and the french fries were hot and fresh. If someone could confirm the tea isn’t right today I would appreciate it. Not a big deal but disappointed non the less.

The filet o fish is very excellent! The whole store is much better than Wendy’s. At least the employees here can communicate with you.. orders are usually correct, and I would know. I’m fat. I eat McDonald’s.at least 4 times a day.

2 years ago I read an article that McDonald’s was having problems making ice cream milkshakes. I said well okay I’m sure they’ll be on top of that like a duck on a June bug so I’ll wait for a year or two and then go in and get a chocolate shake. I was very interested in this because I worked in McDonald’s back in the late 1960s. They were very proud of their milkshakes and I had to watch a whole video explaining how there was tiny ice crystals to make it extra cold and delicious etc. well sure enough I walked into this McDonald’s and ordered a chocolate shake and then nice young lady at the counter told me the machine was down. I went on to a discussion group and found out that’s pretty normal. I am stunned that McDonald’s cannot reliability produce what amounts to a flagship product. I also had an opportunity to inspect a Big Mac and was surprised at the tiny size of the hamburgers. You’re basically just buying a wad of soft dough with a little beef juice in the middle. It’s no longer particularly cheap here either. I can’t think of any reason why one would want to go to this chain. If they are unable to reliably produce milkshakes it’s because the CEO is pocketing a fortune and asleep at the wheel. It would be like going to your Honda dealership and discovering that half the cars don’t have doors. That’s just not done. Any CEO worth his salt would have dealt with this issue by now even if it means going back to the same design machines and same way of producing milkshakes that they used in the 1960s. After all we’re so billions of burgers back then and a whole bunch of milkshakes.

I entered the drive-through at 4:20 PM on December 23rd 2015. Not to my surprise, the service was poor. I had opened my code to redeem a reward on my app. As soon as I drove up to the microphone, but was told to hang on a moment, but then 15 minutes later, they answered me and asked me if I had a code I gave it to them and the code expired. They didn’t wanna make it right they didn’t want to see my phone to show them that I redeemed the code. They had not taken accountability, but instead blamed that they were short staffed which as a customer I don’t really care about. That’s not my problem to worry about if they are short staffed or not. They didn’t want to make it right and they gave me a lot of attitude. Definitely do not recommend coming to this. McDonald’s unless you want poor communication and long wait times.

I guess you get what you get when going to McDonald’s, for the most part the service is lacking throughout the capital region. The meal is supposed to be quick and cheap but the employees are rude and most of the time put the order in wrong. Wait times seem to be high lately too which could be due to not having enough staff and or poor supervision and management. Fortunately for McDonald’s they know people keep coming back because it’s easy and low cost for busy days when you just need to feed kids.

There are not enough words to describe how appalling the service is here. Two orders in the space of 30 minutes both times fries stone cold. Requested hot fries second order for dishonest worker to tell me to my face that the fries were hot, pretend to replace fries for fresh fries and give me back cold fries. Just disgraceful especially after waiting 20 minutes in the slowest drive thru to place the order then to get food that is consistently cold. Burgers also stale and very dry with questionable sauces used.

Waited 25 minutes in the drive through. At least 8 people both ahead and behind me in line left due to the oddly high wait times. Food was warm but the breakfast orange juice was 100% watered down and disgusting. Will never go to this location again.

Don’t get the tea… also don’t politely ask if you can get a different drink because the tea tastes strange or you’ll get mocked and huffed at, then your new drinks will get slammed on the opposite counter with no communication.

Open 24 hours, unlike most places since covid ravaged the land. It seems like eons passed simce stores stayed open well pass midnight, and those who found themselves struck with hunger in the wee hours of the morning had their choice of restaurants (of the fast food variety, and thus I use that word lightly in their description) unlike today where McDonald’s stands alone as the only 24 hour spot, and only at certain locations.

The customer service for someone who goes into order is non-existent. Avoid this location unless you are going through the drive through. They do not have an employee working the front counter, and the back employees ignore the front counter while focusing on drive through orders online. I ordered at the kiosk, and did not receive my food until 30min later, only after asking about my order a few times. They did not acknowledge any customers at the front counter (mostly ignoring anyone asking for assistance) until a door dasher and a few other customers began to become irate and started yelling at the back end workers to do something.
