I grab lunch at Quick Slice Pizza pretty often since it’s right near J Smitty Automotive – Auto Body & Collision of Schenectady. When you’re running a busy collision repair and auto body shop, it’s great having a spot nearby where you can grab a quick slice and get right back to work. The pizza is always fresh, the service is fast, and the staff is friendly every time I stop in. Definitely one of my go-to lunch spots in Schenectady.

Manger is completely rude. Was using the app and she’s so the code is invalid. Her attitude just made me drive away. I asked to speak to a Manager and she said “ I am the manger. There is nothing I can do for you” no customer service and we are just a number. I would get fired from my job if I treated people this way.

Went through the drive thru and was told to pull up to the second window. I heard the manager talking to another person, it sounded like there were only 2 people working, 1 to take orders and the other to cook. I was told they were making the chicken sandwich and asked to pull up to the line and the person behind me went over to the reserved pickup parking. It was 10 mins and I was getting out to go in and see what was taking so long because cars kept pulling up and driving off with food but we were waiting. It’s not the workers fault they are short staffed but don’t ask to pull up and not bring out food timely.

I ordered a deluxe mccrispy and all I got was a mc chicken with no pickles and extra chicken!!! Not what I ordered took the bus all the way there and didn’t look until I got back but this is the thirdd mcDonald’s around here that is screwing up everyone’s orders!! MAN is this drive-thru slow – wow! Something really needs to change here… This is the second time in a row this has happened, so this is a pattern, not a one off – just look at all the other reviews.
This is the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to by far. Nothing fast about this place.
I’m assuming maybe it’s because of a staffing issue maybe? I’m not sure, but this is in no way fast or acceptable. If I wanted to wait a half hour AFTER ORDERING for fast food I would have went somewhere far nicer. I won’t be coming back here again. I don’t have all day to sit in a parking lot waiting for this supposed “fast food” because the owner of this store won’t hire enough people. It’s mind boggling how this type of service is allowed.
By the way, after waiting for 40 minutes, they messed up the order…they at first gave me some kind of spicy sandwich, then when I went back, they gave me a McMuffin sandwich without the muffin even toasted or the food heated – just raw…place is wild..look at the rest of the reviews
