Ordered numerous items but only few arrived, coke was wrong(they gave me this blue slushy that taste like toothpaste) and they didn’t have ice creams but they still choose to give “nothing bag” to the delivery person. WOW amazing restaurant would definitely order here again lol.
Guess what the owner gonna say: oh we want to help~ post your review at our useless feedback website and we will ignore it like nothing happened~

The service we received at this location was inadequate. Although the quality of food was fine, multiple items were missing from our orders. Between the 4 of us that placed an order, we were missing a chocolate milk, apple slices, collectible cards, and sauces, which were all ordered through the app. It is disappointing that we did not receive the items we paid for. There was 1 bag that didn’t have the order receipt attached and we were speculating that the location did not have one of the items that was ordered, and could have tried to hide the item list. Overall, our experience was not good and I would recommend going to a different location if you would like to receive the items you paid for.

Stopped here for late dinner. Used the mobile app to place the order ahead of time. Got to the drive through box and said I’d be using the mobile app, the guy cut me off as I was reading it and told me to pull forward. They got the order completely wrong. Ordered a chicken sandwich and a frappe. Was given a burger that looked like it was picked up off the floor with toppings and no bun and just thrown into a plastic container. Will definitely not be coming here again.

visiting from nyc doordashed some mickey Dz! asked for no cheese on my burger ! n got cheese on it ! im lac tos !!!!
ordered apple pies and got some nasty doggy treats! well i think it was supposed to be birthday cake but why not notify the customer n say u dont have apple pies or 86 it in your system? those whatever you call those desserts may have been the worst thing ive ever tasted in quite a while! very dissappointed in this location! you guys drop the ball

I ordered no pickles on my quarter pounder because I’m allergic, they did not listen to instructions on the order and put numerous pickles on. I also paid for whipped cream on an iced coffee which they did not do either. *health hazard*

I have a picture of the double quarter pounder with cheese that will explain my negative review and why they were dismissive to me. I did get a replacement I cut opened there and I did not ask for any freebies nor was I offered any.
I came home today after shopping and received a phone from a Ms Vanessa and I explained what happened and she assured me this matter will be looked into.
The irony is I picked up dinner from this same restaurant this evening but just to make sure I cut it in half too ensure it was cooked correctly and it was. Thank You Ms Vanessa for reaching out to me.

Placed an order at this restaurant show the mobile app sitting in the drive-through 10 minutes waiting wasting my time. Try to cancel my order could not go to McDonald’s these days. It’s waste of money and time recommend going somewhere else and spend your money. Also person who was at the drive-through was very rude no greetings. Nothing like that taking my business somewhere else.

Ordered through the mobile app and waited 15 minutes in the drive thru to even get to the window. Once at the window the staff claimed they did not have my mobile order on their system. I showed my receipt including the paid for items and asked for my money back if they would not make the food. Two separate staff members raised their voices at me and said they had nothing to do with the app and would not make the food either. I asked how to resolve this and get my money back and both staff members continued raising their voices and telling me to pull away as there is already a line and neither staff member would answer my question or provide a solution. Maybe don’t make it common practice to yell at customers not yelling at you and if the system is that broken don’t offer mobile orders in the first place.

I will never go to this McDonalds again. I’m a local and I don’t own a car, so when I need food in a pinch, I walk here. I can count on both hands the number of times in just this past year that I have walked there during peak dinner time and they have had the dining room closed for no apparent reason, and only the drive-thru open. I regularly have to send my order back for corrections. And the dining room is constantly atrocious. I have gone there for dinner and found stains all over the tables from breakfast and lunch (i.e. hashbrown crumbs, egg bits, bacon bits, syrup). I have gone there for breakfast and found stains all over the tables from the night before (i.e. ketchup, mustard, lettuce bits, tomato bits). I used to come here for convenience, but this place is an absolute dump.

this place is filled with extremely lazy people. i am usually very sympathetic towards people in the retail industry but everyone needs to be fired. a sign in the front of the building tells you that past 10pm, you need to use another door to get in because the front one is locked, even if youve already ordered through the app. issue is, even when i was there (which was about 7:30) BOTH doors were locked. a couple other people and i were waiting outside for 45 minutes while they pretended not to notice us. then finally someone that works in the building comes up to me in the window then doesnt let me come in to pick up my MOBILE ORDER that i had already ordered 50minutes ago. it wasnt until customers who were already inside before they decided to lock the building when i finally got in as they were leaving. doesnt end there. i asked a lady who seemed to be the manager what time they lock the building and see said 8pm (mind you i was there since 7:30). straight laziness.
