I asked for a quarter pounder and they gave me a burnt VERY VERY burnt burger and then I went back up there to ask for a new burger that WASN’T burnt and I went to go sit back down and the one with the red hair said something about, “she went back to go sit down don’t worry about it right now” which no matter what even if I sat down she still shouldn’t be saying that and then I was the first person back up there to get a new burger nobody else was in line and then mad people started showing up and it’s like they forgot about my burger and my presence because I understand they had so many people in line but it’s like why would your people serve the other people when someone else order before anyone..oh and another thing my DRINKS were VERY VERY VERY WATERED DOWN actually they literally were just straight WATER BRUH, THIS IS A DISGRACE TO SOCIETY!!!!!!!! im VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED….. they only got a two for the food because the McFlurry was good enough for a two but not nothing else.

Horrendous. I ordered a large Grinch meal with extra pickles on my Big Mac in the McD app. Waited over 20 minutes for my order in the drive-thru. At 9:30 at night the app indicated to me that pick up was ONLY allowed in the drive-thru. When I opened the box, I received a medium fry instead of a large, it was completely underfilled, and they were stale and old. My Big Mac was upside down in the box, and didn’t have extra pickles. I had to get out of my car and go inside (side note: if I can go in the lobby for this issue, why aren’t people allowed to pick up inside??? Anyways…)
I told the employee about the issues, and she did offer to make new fries with the correct size container and remake the big Mac, but I opted for just adding more pickles.
New fries’ quality and freshness were a HUGE difference from what I was served initially. I appreciate the correction, but this should’ve never happened in the first place. It’s absurd to me that this was a fairly basic order, and they couldn’t get that right. Additionally, no napkins or ketchup were in the box. Really guys.. this location was so appalling to me I will absolutely not be back.
I sent a complaint in online, and all I got was a generic response from their customer care department (see photo). It’s clear they do not care about actual customer service or retention. So don’t waste your time.
On a side note, I RARELY purchase or eat fast food, and specifically went for the Grinch box. This will be my last visit to any McDonalds because of this crappy experience.

I forgot my lunch pal at home today. At work we only get a 30 minute lunch break. This mcdonalds isn’t the answer to that problem. You will wait 30 minutes or more for your food almost every single time. You are lucky if it tastes good. I have to go to Wendy’s up the street next time.

I get that she’s pretty but someone that doesn’t speak English taking orders is insane. Terrible experience every time she’s there. She never understands the order, have to repeat over and over again. What are you all doing? The owners of this franchise should get new management or sell it. I’m calling McDonald’s corporate and making a complaint.

I doordash, everytime I come here to pick up an order, its never close to ready. They’re slow paced 90% of the time with no sense of urgency. Sometimes they havnt even started preparing it because they dont catch the notification. It’s poor attention to detail honestly. I dread picking up from this one the most. If youre a doordash driver, DO NOT ACCEPT FROM THIS MCDONALDS

CHEESE burger happy meal for over $6 WITHOUT $1.50 off coupon. And NO cheese! I’m already halfway to Fonda and not turning around. I was even trying to double check the order AT the window and the girl at the window says “everything is there. Have a good day now” to get me to pull away. Next time I will take my time to check before I drive away. Not worried about how long anyone has to wait for me!

This mcdonald’s either needs to retrain employees or more or better management. After ordering food, it shouldn’t take 38 minutes from their to pay and get a happy meal in drive thru with only 3 cars ahead of you.

Not only were my fries rock hard but I ordered a ranch snack wrap and received something extremely spicy something I don’t even think is on the menu that’s how spicy it was. My mouth was on fire for a hour afterwards and I almost puked several times. I also witnessed an employee outside threatening violence on another employee . Worst experience I ever had and they want me to come back to that location for some more hard French fries and to possible witness the threat in action?! Hell no. And obviously I am not the only one with the problems with this location after reading the reviews. DO BETTTER
