So I went to this location for the first time to order food for my daughter and husband. It was 7:20 when I originally ordered and I got home and started to put my daughter’s food on a plate. I grabbed her chicken nugget container and opened it and it was just Big Mac sauce. When I first got there it took a few minutes after I pulled to the drive through to even say anything. I was polite thinking they probably didn’t have many people working and they were most likely young ( they were) I work in customer service so I try to be kind. But I went back and it was 8pm when I pulled up and I again waited for a few min And decided to just go in. It took 5 minutes for them to see me and another 5 to even help me. There was nobody there when I walked in accept for 2 people eating. There were only a couple of cars in the parking lot and 5 people working. I also had a customer at my work who had to wait 40 minutes for her food. I am not happy with this service! It should not take that long to greet customers and I didn’t even have someone say “ Hi, I’ll be right with you!”

WAY better. I did say I’d never go here again from our first few times being absolutely crazy but we let it breathe gave it some time and its pretty good for mobile ordering at least. Everyone is super friendly so I’ll definitely change my review!

Place is a mess , even being a newer establishment, tables have ketchup and salt all over them, order was completely wrong even after going to the counter 2 times! Inside is like your sitting in a ice freezer. But good thing they are saving money without having anyone at the front taking your order.. all kiosks !

I ordered a To-go meal at the kiosk. I didn’t wait more than a few minutes and my burger, fries, and drink were ready. I had to wait two minutes for my McFlurry. While I was waiting one of the supervisors made sure someone was making my food. One of the best experiences I’ve had at a McDonald’s (which says a lot). It’s a shame I don’t live close to this one.

I’ve read the numerous 1 star reviews and understand that people had some disappointing experiences. But this location is very new. It will take a little time for the staff to iron out the inevitable kinks that accompany a new business. I’ve gone there twice now and used the drive-thru. Both times, the cashier at the window and the person who handed out the food were very friendly and efficient. I’m excited that we now have a convenient drive-thru for fast food in the area. Sure, dining in at a locally owned restaurant is nice but it is not always possible. Drive thru is great if you have a pet in your car or are bringing home food for the family. No need to bash one in order to support the other..

I don’t have the energy to explain the whole experience. Waited about 8 minutes by myself for the drive thru to take my order. Went and paid at next window and they didn’t say they give your food too. They yell out the window while I was at the next window ahead instead of bringing it to me. They wanted me to get out of my car in the drive through line to go get my order at the window behind me. Then they finally come to the window with it and tell me they yelled for me to come get it. I said no one told me the cashier also hands out the food and I’m not walking through the drive through line to get my food. She rudely said have a good night. Why can’t we hire nice, well trained, people when we pay such inflated prices for the food to begin with. This is a bummer bc it’s across the street from my house.

brand new but in an area of rly grumpy ppl so ur more in danger of the other customer’s attitudes than ordering from here and reading reviews. dont listen to the locals i swear (i used to work in this area trust me. customers demanding perfection while barely functioning above the capacity of being braindead and never showing kindness). anyways i came during a rush while this establishment is still so new most of the staff is presumably still in training. the food was WAY better than the mcdonalds on church ave in ballston spa by far. somehow they make mcdonalds inedible. and actually better most other ones ive been to and i travel around the country. my order was correct and the staff was sweet. y’all apparently my app didn’t even add my digital coupon for my free fries-AND SHE IMMEDIATELY HANDED ME MEDIUM FRIES SWEETLY WITH NO COMPLAINT shoutout to Ciera fr. because i was shocked reading these reviews. and these haters are hypocrites so they will be back but they should even out when the hype of actually having a fast food restaurant in milton dies down.

Been here 3 times and skipped it and went to another one the next time because of how bad it’s been.
The first time the wait wasn’t super long and then food was okay but they sent me to the wrong window and no one acknowledge or helped me out.
Second time was slightly better but long wait.
Third time we chose to go inside and realized how horribly rude the people were there that was working. Especially the morning manager on a Sunday. First off you can’t see inside the lobby from the kitchen. How do people know you are there?? I made myself known by looking around the corner several times. A lady and her son came in and asked for help and the manager said she can’t possibly help. They made the drive thru the priority. I waited 10+ minutes for my food. When I told the manager that she just rolled her eyes and had no apology.
