Too bad I cant rate zero I underarnd its a fast food!!! But kids eating outside food and throwing slushies all over the place is disgusting. The play place is terrible, scary, dirty, smelly, sticky . Run away with ur kids before they get sick or worse die

December 31st 2025, 1:27 AM. I ordered through the app because this place is always very slow. I arrive gave them the code not once not twice not three times but probably four or five times they tell me to pull up to the window where I waited for 10 to 15 minutes I had to leave. I was angry. All I ordered was a McChicken four chicken nuggets and a medium fry…That was too much for them. The only reason why I have to And why I pre-ordered is because I have to go back to work this place honestly has the worst customer service. I wouldn’t even actually trust eating here and honestly, I would never come here again.

Everyday after 8pm all the sudden they don’t have any frappe or ice cream or any smoothies. As a manager at a different location this honestly only means they are lazy & don’t want to work . Every single time I come there at night they don’t want to serve those things. Which there’s no way they sell out . Every single day after 8pm . It’s very disappointing & very unprofessional. Get a new night manager because this does not happen in the morning ! My McDonalds COULD NEVER we always find a way to make sure our customers leave satisfied at all times . Very unfortunate that this McDonald’s runs the way it does. The job is not hard to get done I will be contacting the higher ups to make sure they are notified about this situation .

Included a happy meal in our order with a milk for the drink. The milk was opened and half empty when we received it, inside the sealed paper bag (so it wasn’t the dasher’s doing). How could something like this be done to a CHILD’S meal?

Customers should be treated with respect , whoever works the window in the morning/afternoon here needs to fix their attitude. Its not normal to roll your eyes and be rude to a CUSTOMER. There is constantly issues with drinks or food missing from orders. And they do not like to be wrong, even when you have proof of purchase

December 23 1 AM I I had to leave the drive-through to get back to work. They were taking too long. I did not get my food gentlemen at the drive-through told me if I came back after work he’s had my back. I came back to two miserable women that would not budge to give me my food I had to bag they made me a bacon egg and cheese biscuit with only 1/2 piece of bacon on it, which is half the amount clearly they do not care about customer service at this locationam

Worst food I have ever had from a McDonald’s friends were good but the burger and chicken cutlets was cold, hard and soggy breading and the chicken itself was like stiff as bark. The tomatoes and Lettuce were a couple days old and had a mouldy taste to them like instantly made you gag bad and had black spots on them . They were clearly rotting.

I came to the McDonald’s looking for a big Mac meal apparently all the big Macs have sold out so I went ahead and ordered a Mc double meal. The only problem is I got four apple pies that I ordered a french fry and that was it. I didn’t get the McDuff with the four piece chicken tenders that come with it. I did however get the barbecue sauce And my soda when I received it was only 2/3 full.
