Waited almost 20 min in line and they still got the order wrong. My husband ordered a plain double cheeseburger, he is having a cheat day, but stays keto, ordered on ap, and they have him everything on it, bread, sauce, pickles…onions…and they were all goofing off and chatting, not checking with us, no updates…no apology for the longggg wait…rude.

The girl in window 2 today at 1:30 pm she was so un respectful I ask her why my drink just have the half cup of frappe and the half of whipped cream and she just closed the window with not answering and she laughed with the others employees so they have to respect with the clients and give a answer we are paying for our food!

Cozy place. Food was consistent. Not quite as convenient as I would like. Let’s take the coffee ordering and customizing as an example. I ordered black coffee for my acquaintance, but he wanted some cream and sugar. I wasn’t able to get creamer and sugar after receiving the coffee, so I ordered another coffee with cream and sugar and drank the black coffee myself. There are two bathrooms and I asked for the code, unfortunately, the code only worked for one bathroom.

The drive thru is fine, but going inside, I had to use the bathroom and one of the female workers had the aggravated look on her face all because I asked her what the code was to the bathroom. I went and tried the code for it to still not work and it was not in service so I went back and asked if she could help me and she did not want to and for her to tell me that one of the bathrooms are out of service. Other than that the food is fine.

I had ordered a double quarter pounder with no cheese no ketchup and just lettuce and tomato along with the patties. I received just the patties with cheese + ketchup and nothing else!!! Somebody messed with my meal!! Wow. What a great image of McDonald’s now instilled in my head.

This has to be one of the worst mcdonalds around. I hate to bash people but somehow this specific mcdonalds seems to employ the least competent people around. I only go to this location out of convenience. It’s always a longer wait then it should be and my orders are always wrong even when the tickets on the food are correct. As always I’m a big fan of McDonald’s I don’t know what it is but probably the nostalgia. The genuine efforts theyve made as a corporation toward improving quality has not gone unnoticed by me even in the harsh criticism of reviewers lobbying for change and the equally harsh criticism of loyalists pushing back against the change for continuity McDonald’s somehow has managed to toe the line and appease both sides in the most unlikely outcome. Frictionless free WiFi is also a nice bonus of the McDonald’s brand. I’ll sometimes go on a day off with my laptop hang for a bit hang a couple burgers and fries and apple pies and get some coding work done or with my headphones and do some audio track mixing. Having accessible outlets at the guest tables make this a good checkpoint for when riding my electric skateboard. As long as I’m in range of a McDonald’s I have worries or range anxiety about having to walk home if I run out of battery. A frappe recharge break is always a welcomed stop during my journies. You would think these extra amenities would be commonplace at the large fast food establishment chains but I’ve been to many Wendy’s and burger kings that don’t offer a place to charge your phone while you eat. Seems like in today’s world having at least USB charging capability in customer accessible areas would be obvious easy wins for brands to include it seems that it remains true universally only at McDonald’s. customers.
