I give it three stars because everyone in the establishment is kind courteous respectful to me. My problem is this my order was messed up I go back no problem they fixed it they then put so much sauce on you can’t enjoy the food. Things need to be addressed in this establishment if you want me as a returning customer I’m starting to lose interest in coming back to this McDonalds. Also the wrapper of the snack wrap was covered in the barbeque sauce there was so much sauce I couldn’t enjoy my food wound up throwing it out because why go back for a third time if they can’t do it properly the first or even second time

3 stars because it’s the only fast food within miles. No drive thru, southeast entrance is constantly closed due to flooding (a drizzle shuts it down), and their hours are too abbreviated to grab something on the way to work. Dining room is clean, because it’s always empty. Staff is nice, but had my request of no ketchup (it was on the receipt) not fulfilled and had to toss out the top bun because it soaked in by the time I got back home. Alot of room for improvement, but no choice to occasionally return given the neighborhood’s lack of competition.

Still McDonald’s quality food, but the service and consistency of this particular restaurant is up there with Chic-Fil-A. I noticed the manager is always at the helm assuring quality and speed- bravo to this terrific lady. Nowhere in Wading River can you get a meal this fast without calling ahead.

Most of the time I need to go back to get new fries because they are soggy and half filled. The food isn’t always hot. Needs better employees!! Also one of the employees made me feel very uncomfortable leaning over the counter and staring at me as I came back for new fries.

My big complaint is the coffee is not that good and it’s always too hot ! Otherwise great place to eat. Chicken tenders are great. Have a very tasty mild spicy sauce.

Went today and had a decent order, work in catering so I had to get back to work, I asked if everything was in bag and they said yes, when I got back with food 3 fries that go with meal were not in bag, I went back to store they were rude and dismissive said I should have checked before I left store… isn’t that their job to make sure all is good before giving to customer… this is not first time order was wrong either

Wading River McDonalds is a favorite stop before and after local scouting events. Love their breakfast all day, and excellent service. Lots of young workers so be patient. Kudos to these hardworking kids and Mcdonald’s for hiring them, work ethic in kids is rare these days. Lines can be a bit long during high volume times like pumpkin/apple picking season and local school or big scouting events.
Wait is never excessive! Friendly, clean, safe small town local atmosphere . Managers Sabrina, Jackie, and Mike are good People!

Quick service as expected from fast food. My dad actually requested to come to McDonald’s for Father’s day and we felt our meal was as filling and tasty as nearby diners, but for less cost.

I think I found Shangri-La. This has to be the last true American McDonald’s there’s actual white people and they’re mostly white women. They understood every word that I said they were friendly and we communicated. Unlike other McDonald’s where there’s a language barrier with some, and an air of stupidity on others. Make McDonald’s great again.
