They are closed today on a Tuesday morning at 8am. The owner obviously has no clue how to run this place. They’re driving this one into the ground. This has to be the worst McDonald’s in NY. How can you not open? McDonald’s corp should buy them out and sell to someone who cares about their reputation. I’m never coming back to this place.

this is the funniest experience I’ve ever had with food. I’ve bought from this location countless times and often received less food than ordered. But this time, I ordered a cheeseburger, and it came with no beef?! It’s truly absurd and a mix of frustration and amusement. I hope the manager will pay more attention to food quality. Very disappointing.

Generally I like going to McDonald’s, but this last week I got stunned when the biscuit egg and cheese sandwich was stale, could not eat it if I was 8n the place I would have demanded my money, but I took it to go and by the time I got home it was two late. Very disappointing.

Went through the drive thru. They asked if I was using the mobile app. I said no and no one responded so I started ordering then the girl starts saying something about a code not working. I asked if she was talking to me and she repeated that she can’t get the code to work so I assumed she was talking to someone else. After a few mins of silence I said Hello! And a man came on the mic and said it seems we are having an issue with your code. I said I didn’t give a code and he apologized. The girl came back on and asked what code I am using. Now I’m frustrated and said I do not have a code can I just order already! She takes my order. Then I go to the first window the girl opens the window and says absolutely nothing just sticks her hand out for the money and closes the window. I have exact change so I just pulled up to the next window and this girl opens the window and basically throws the food at me without saying a word. No confirming the order. No hello how are you? Nothing! SILENCE! Seriously!?!? Do better with the customer service e because this was HORRENDOUS!!!

Worst mcdonalds ive ever been to. Always forgets something major. The food is always pretty slapped together. Today they didnt even put my sandwich together. Like just threw the ingredients in the box. Last time i got pancakes and it was just 3 pancakes in a box. No fork, knife butter or syrup.

All they care about is the drive-thru & food app orders , they will leave you waiting and stare at you waiting to make order, trash bin full , like doesn’t mcds have systems ??
