Went to the drive thru , ordered and was asked to move up and wait which I did . After 10 mins I went to the window to check and they didn’t know who I was or what I ordered. I told 3 different people what I ordered and after 10 more mins of waiting at the window I asked what happened and a pale guy with a goatee who I think was the manager said “have a good day sir slamming the window in my face after handing me my food and the order was wrong . I opened the window and asked again what happened and he just kept repeating ” have a good day sir ” Over and over . 0 stars on every category. Wouldn’t be surprised if they mess with the food so I thru it away .

Hungry on a Thursday night I decide to go to McDonald’s for a quick bite. I pull up to the drivethru speaker only to be greeted by a man meowing at me. Confused and startled, I respond accordingly, only to be meowed at again. Very unsettling experience.

I ordered 2 sausage McGriddles and one bacon McGriddle meal…the bacon was not given Eve though clearly on the recipe! To make matters worse they moved me out of drive through line and put me in spot one for 30 minutes only to get my order WRONG!!!!!!!!! Always check order before leaving… apparently only incompetent illiterate people work at this Macdonald’s!!!!! I’d be less upset if I wasn’t forced to wait 30 minutes for the WRONG order!!!!!

McD again made me wait despite using the app. Then they forgot my 6 piece nuggets. $3.29 may not seem like a lot, but since all the person had to do was fill the order then check the accuracy I think McD needs to institute new policy.. maybe drawing a line through each item bagged. One thing is evident.. whether in Levittown or Westbury, NY the store fails regularly to do their job. You may say … Sir, Did you check the bag before leaving? And I would answer.. Oh, I’m McD’s QC now?

If I could give it a 0 I would. I always have no issues during the days I come, but at night/on weekends I always have issues. Last night I was in the Drive Thru, when the worker handed me the order it ripped through the bag & fell. I had already waited quite awhile and didn’t want to leave the mess there, so I moved my car and picked up the bag. The manager, Tim, freaked out, told me to move (screaming voice) because I was holding up their line and they were busy. He was incredibly rude & disrespectful. So I waited even longer and I’m 99% sure they gave me the food that fell on the ground. I saw how the items were packed when I picked up the bag. I have no way of knowing if they ever actually re-made my food or if they just gave me the same contents. Quite frankly that is a terrifying thought…what kind of service worker would do that? My fries were mostly empty so I assume they didn’t. That is so incredibly disgusting. Beware.

On 2/12 at about 11:20am I visited this location and had trouble with my mobile order. The workers in the drive thru called the manager to help and she was so lovely and helpful. I didn’t catch her name but her assistance made what could have been a very annoying experience, simple and over quickly.
