I was lucky enough to be there the first day of the Grinch meals with the toddler I nanny! I had no idea the Grinch would be there! Great friendly staff, both I & my toddler truly enjoyed it & the tree was all Grinch & beautiful!

The service here was great!!! I came here late on a Christmas Eve night and ordered from the self-kiosk for a dine-in meal. I had a big order, of which one item was a McDouble, part of a McDeal. There was an option to remove patties, so I selected to remove one (I didn’t want double patties). They ended up serving me two buns and ketchup with ZERO patties… I guess removing “one” meant removing the entire “unit” of double patties, making it zero. It’s really odd that would even be a possible option. Anyways, I called out to a manager to say I was missing a patty. He came over immediately and verified the order and misunderstanding, then gave me a replacement within two minutes for free. I didn’t even get a chance to ask for the replacement, because he went to work on it right away. He was very kind throughout the whole process. I loved that. My family member was also taking some pictures of me by the holiday decorations, and he offered to take photos of both of us. Unfortunately I don’t know the manager’s name, and I’m only assuming he was a manager. But I really appreciate the speedy service and kindness they offered throughout my time here. Many thanks to the rest of the staff for bringing out the large order very quickly too. I hope everyone there has a happy holiday and new year.

They remodeled and took away free refill station. You need stand in line for a cold drink while your hot food just sits. No more self serve ketchup dispenser. Ask staff for more ketchup and they act like it’s made fresh in the back…again have to stand in line for that as well.

Have come here twice after nearby family outings with kids. The place is recently updated and is very clean. But this location should consider being drive-thru or take out only. The dining room is very small with limited seating, bathroom is single use and do not have a changing table for babies/toddlers. A place that gives out kids toys and has no changing table shouldn’t even be in business. There is no table that has extra condiments, straws, napkins, etc. If you want anything like that, you have to wait in line again or try and flag down one of the busy employees. For a place that seems to be recently redone, this was not well thought out. Will be visiting other locations that function better

So I literally just left here 15 mins ago. They put the burgers in the bag and not the large fries. So I go back n tell the manager. He says I’m pretty sure I put them in the bag. I said clearly I wouldn’t be here if they were. So he mumbles under his breath n give me my fries with an attitude. Not only did he do that. He gave me a small fry n a large when the order calls for 2 large fries. If you can’t do your job correctly then maybe this isn’t the field for u. It’s disgusting on how they treat customers and the nerve to mess up an order n give u the attitude. My money paid for this. Don’t play me for no fool. Do your jobs and get the orders correctly. Pay attention. Fr. I’m sensitive about my food.

Just waisted 30 minutes on an hour break to find out the store was closed. There was nothing on the app that said the store was closed and only a poorly handwritten sign on the drive thru speaker. And now I have to wait up to a week for my money back. This isn’t the time of year to be playing with people’s money.

The guy at the drive thru window sucks. He was there around 9:30pm date 11/15/25. Our bag ripped mid hand off doesn’t give us a another bag or offer us another one. He forgot part of our meal. Which included my child’s food. I tried calling the store twice let it ring for a while and no one picked up. Thanks for sucking.

I like this place, the employees are very considered in waiting to take the order, I do not know because many people make many complaints, if sometimes they are the ones who make the employees angry, the last time I was, I saw a lady was changing her order a lot and when they finally gave her the order she was angry because it was not everything she had asked for, I mean, God, if you are going to eat, decide what to eat and then make the seriously order, my respects to those who have to put up with those people.I know that it is their money but they just do their job they have to be more considerate, thank you to all the employees for their attention
