Dont ever go to this McDonald’s if your an uber driver. The stupid lady grabbed the order out of my hands after I showed her the order number and the name on the app. There is no policy on Uber that says you need to confirm order numbers and the food was already payed for and it was the correct order

Employees picking nose handling food with no gloves or utensils talking literally on the food. . Employees need to be trained properly. This is disgusting and not right. Will definitely take pictures as this is very common at this location

The dining in experience at this location feels extremely hostile. After you order and walk over to the soda dispenser, there is literally nothing but soda lids and napkins. I’m not that old but I do remember there being a time where all the condiments were located in that area. I had to interrupt the busy employees just for some extra ketchup. Upon seating, the heat hits you right in the face so it makes it extremely difficult to breathe. Went to the bathroom and I was hit with the WORST wall of heat as I walked in. Everything about the experience felt like it was designed to make you leave faster if you wanted to dine in. I have not been inside of this location in a while and it did not used to be like this. I was extremely disappointed.

came through drive through at around 11:20 pm on Friday, ordered a few items and got home to see that we only got the Mcchicken and nuggets along with some fries, I was missing 2 cheeseburgers/ 1 large fries and got no medium fries just small ones when I had ordered, 2 large a medium and a few smalls. I drove all the way back bc entire meals were missing and explained, for the manager to mutter “I think she’s lying” after he asked me to drive to the last window to show my receipt, idk what his name was but he was extremely rude the entire interaction and to make a remark, just super unprofessional. I’m a manager at a Chipotle and we get multiple trainings abt hospitality/customer service after you get into manager positions and idk if McDonalds do the same but they clearly should. The employee at the first window who had helped me initially was incredibly kind and helpful even though I ordered a bit of items at a late time. But the guy who I think was some type of supervisor was incredibly rude. It take nothing from you to be understanding and a kind person, I was extremely aggravated about having to drive back and forth in this cold and didn’t take my anger out on anyone, as a manager you should know how not to take ur anger about having to remake a couple burgers. You’re getting paid to be there it not like I asked you to go out of your way to do something for free. I’m the end they gave me the 2 burger and 2 small fires instead or the large and medium fry I paid for. Waste of my money, you would think because I went out of my way for their mistake they would refund part of it or give an extra small fry for the inconvenience instead I still left without stuff that I paid for.

Placed an order online today. At 7:00pm I had put in store pick up
Somehow when I was there it was giving me a drive through code, the line was long my food had to be ready it was around 7:25 (only ordered a Big Mac meal) I waited on the pick up line in store. The cashier literally kept passing back and forth not even saying anything lol. More people were entering the store to order and she would take them first than me and I just wanted to pick up an order. Until a guy comes and says I have to literally go back in my car and drive and wait the line to get my food lol or else he couldn’t give me my food. That’s literally what he said lmao. I been waiting more than 15-20 mins now horrible service walked out and calling my bank to dispute charge because it is crazy that you are that lazy to not walk over to grab my order that is already paid and made for and give it to me. Wow. This location horrible service.
