Worst place to eat in Long Island, everything is $2 or more expensive, it took them 10 mins to get my order and guess what? They gave my order to someone rlse, it took them another 10 mins to get me the right order, this is what you get when the place is run by teenagers, theres not a single adult to supervise them! Never coming back!! The pic shows me after 45 mins here and no one came to pick up their number…

Staff is polite and exceed expectations every time I come here. From the friendly smiles to the clean environment this is by far my favorite McDonald’s. Though there is not a drive through the quick pace of the staff to deliver the order to the counter makes up for that. Every time I have come in here I am told if there is any menu updates and ways I can get the most out of my dollar. The Management and Staff seem to go above and beyond to care about the customers order and that will always go a long way.

They’re actually pretty ok over here as long as you don’t do mobile orders. They will be sure to forget something with the mobile orders. Last time, I got 2 meals, neither came with fries, and the drinks did not come with straws making it more difficult to drink. They also do not have a drive through which is incredibly inconvenient. Other than the minor inconveniences the place is clean, and the staff are nice. Just need better training, supervision, and quality control/assurance.

This location has no drive through and a very small parking lot. Going in to order, we were prompted to order using the touch screen as not one of the 8 people working at the front were taking orders at the counter. That’s not my job and I don’t feel I should be responsible for doing it. It made ordering take way longer than it should have. Not to mention that only two of the employees were putting any effort into doing actual work, which made having to order using the touch screen that much more annoying to me. The service was slow, & considering there was a decent number of people “working” at the time, I found that to be unacceptable. The bread to my burger was stale, the lettuce was old and tasted disgusting, the burger was dry, and the entire meal, including the fries, were ice cold. The restaurant appeared fairly clean which is the only reason it’s getting 2 stars. Been to this location multiple times, given it more than enough chances, & I will no longer be returning. McDonald’s CEO’s shouldn’t be wondering why they’re losing business with service like this.

This McDonald’s is very clean & set up just right! Small area arranged for easy access, friendly staff, & quick service! Down the road from where I used to live although I’ve never been. Glad I stopped in today

The layout of the store changed a bit. Self service kiosks when you walk in on the left with someone to assist. I find the kiosks are faster. Same McDonald’s taste with food so that’s a plus. I’ve been to others where the food wasn’t any good. Again it’s fast food so I’m satisfied.

Extremely busy, but surprisingly efficient. Almost every time I’ve been there it is busy. But strangely, they have a system here that seems to work. Yes, I wait a little longer for my order than a usual McDobalds, BUT THE FOOD IS HOT! It tastes better than most McDonalds. Maybe because it’s so busy. Whatever it is, I felt it was worth reviewing.
