I had a very unpleasant experience at this McDonald’s location. The employee working the drive-thru was extremely aggressive and rude. We ordered two meals in one order, but only one sauce was included. I understand that McDonald’s usually includes one sauce per meal and that extra sauces often require an additional charge, which I would have been completely fine paying. However, I was never given the option to pay for an extra sauce, even though there were two meals, not one.

I politely asked for one additional sauce, and he responded by saying, “There’s sauce in the bag,” while handing the bag to me very aggressively and walking away.

Because he had other customers, he had to return to the window. When he came back, I calmly explained again that there were two meals in the order and only one sauce, and asked if I could please have one more. He gave me an attitude, slammed the window shut, and walked away again.

When he returned, I tried to ask for his name because I planned to leave a review about the situation, but he refused to give it and ignored me. At that time, a manager was standing directly behind him. I attempted to get her attention so she could see what was happening, but she walked away. After she was no longer present, the employee put up his middle finger toward me.

I do not usually take pictures of people, but because I was being ignored and treated so disrespectfully, I took a photo for documentation. The hostility over such a simple, polite request was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I understand fast-food jobs can be stressful, but customers should still be treated with basic respect. Management seriously needs to address the behavior at this location.

Awful service here every single time. They completely ignore anyone standing at the pickup counter. I stood there for a good 10 minutes while numerous employees noticed me standing there, including one who seemed to be the manager, and I was ignored by every single one of them. I noticed that they were only interested in fulfilling drive thru orders, so I walked back to my car and used the drive thru to pick up the order. At the speaker, they had the audacity to tell me that I had to come inside to pick up the order because it was placed through a third-party app (UberEats). I explained to him that if they actually ACKNOWLEDGED me standing inside at the pickup counter, I wouldn’t have resorted to using the drive thru.

Terribly managed location with unapproachable, unhelpful, unfriendly employees. A regional manager has to pay a visit to this location and straighten them out.

They were polite and courteous and the food was good but they forgot to give me part if my order. I asked the person at the pickup order if my whole order was there and he said yes. Next time, I will remind myself to double check. I did call them afterwards and ask them to give the rest of my order that they forgot to someone else and they said they would. I hope they did.

Just when I thought I could go near the university Hofstra Mc Donald’s and get a happy meal for my 10 month year-old daughter and her mother… thinking that I would get better service than in Hempstead, but as salty as her attitude, she just couldn’t put more salt on the fries that I ordered for my daughter and my baby’s mother… the fries were so salty that I had to tell my baby’s mother to put the fries on a plate and try to shake the salt off of the fries… the person that supposed to be in charge at night a.k.a. the manager ebony female with 300 hundred pounds with NASTY ATTITUDE just because I wanted to repeat that I wanted the Mac chicken and fries also…which I did not see on the screen at the time she asked me if I wanted anything else IS RIDICULOUS…must be replaced (it was August 24 around 11pm) Corporate Should Make Sure They Hire People That Really Want To Work There, not Bad And Terrible Managers like this Evil Lady P.S. “IF You DO NOT LIKE YOUR JOB”(((GET ANOTHER ONE AND VOLUNTARILY QUIT))) Hope you remember me now!

We visited McDonald’s around 11:10–11:15 AM, and the cashier who attended us was extremely rude for no reason. The attitude felt personal and made us very uncomfortable — possibly even biased. Definitely not the kind of service we expect.
