The worst McDonald’s. Ordered via DoorDash and they didn’t send me a part of my order. Called and asked to just refund me for the missing items and was told to come into the store for it or for the refund. There’s a reason why I ordered DoorDash. Why would I go there to pick up items that were never sent when I tipped and paid for delivery via DoorDash. Then she just hung up on me.

It is horrible! My order went through the app. They said they never received it. Cashier said just could just get a refund from the app. I have no control over it. The manager was no help, she asked the cashier for help in Spanish. What is the point of having a live person if they can’t even make an effort to find out what went wrong? Never got my food!

Apparently, we have have to wait for more than 30 minutes for an iced caramel coffee inside….It was taken at 10:09, and we got it around 10:40….We waited and nothing….They gave our caramel coffee to another customer, and they said they already gave one out when we asked. That was a drive thru customer, we were inside. The lady that took our order was rushing here and there, and said “It’s a technique”. HOW CAN MESSING UP ORDERS BE A “TECHNIQUE”??

This is the absolute worst Mcdonalds to ever order from. Stay far away if you’re ordering online or using DoorDash or UberEats.
