Every single time you go through the drive through they mess something up, either they forget to ring up your drink or you can tell them no pickles, but you will still get pickles. The Nuggets taste like they’re seven days old, it just never stops with this place and you can always guarantee for them to get it wrong. Go to burger king up the block or something. 3/3/26 update: went there again this morning, gave me a small coffee NO sugar when i ordered a large coffe light and sweet with extra sugar on the side, there was not a single customer behind me in the drive through lane, why cant they just get a simple order right!

I’m extremely disappointed with the McDonald’s in Glen Cove. This is now the third time I’ve gone through the drive-through and experienced the same unacceptable situation incredibly long wait times and an incorrect order once again. It’s honestly unbelievable that a fast-food restaurant could be this consistently slow and disorganized.
This location really needs to improve its efficiency, accuracy, and customer service. I’ve tried to be patient, but after three disappointing experiences, I’m done. If you’re in a hurry or just expect decent service, I’d suggest going to another McDonald’s or skipping this one altogether.

You go through the drive thru they make you park and the food is cold. If you are going to make me park its cause im waaiting for fresh food, not soggy fries. If you go inside nobody acknowledges you at all. Everyone that works here is always mad and look very upset to be here and when you ask for something they messed up they get mad at you like its your fault. If im buying something I want it one way and you give it to me another way I will ask to get it how I want it nicely if you dont want to fix it then just give me a refund and Ill be on my way and you can keep your food.

Charged twice for the same kids meal. Went to the store hoping they would rectify it. Wouldn’t do it on site there. Called corporate, they said they’d have the local branch handle it. Local branch calls me and tells me they can’t rectify it “call your bank and do a chargeback”. Probably won’t even do that. Pathetic customer service over a mishap that was their fault entirely. Won’t be returning.
