Really disappointing experience. I tried to redeem a Monopoly prize and asked three employees for help, but none spoke English. After waiting so long in line, my phone screen timed out and I lost the prize. I spent all that time for nothing — McDonald’s should make the process easier and train staff to help customers better, especially the customers that don’t speak Spanish.

I paid under seven dollars for a Hot N Spicy, Large fries, a drink, and McDouble. Burger was somewhat juicy, chicken was crispy, and tender, Coca-Cola was refreshing, but my fries could have been packaged better because I felt cheated on my large fries. I think there should have been more and they need to do better on how they open the large fry container to get a better amount of fries into said container. The dining room was a kind of a mess. Trash on a table and someone left a Happy Meal box as well. Plus, the kiosk I ordered on did not accept card payment, so I had to pay at the counter.

They had the any iced coffee size for $2 and the lady at the drive thru refused to give me the deal. Claiming it was only via app but the coupon she showed was a different one than advertised on their window AND their drive thru order screen.

Mcdonalds is always very fast at serving your food. It isn’t that expensive either. I spent almost 8 dollars for a double cheeseburger. No fries or a drink. I sat there and enjoyed my delicious burger with a free water. The staff was very friendly and the environment was clean. I was on foot so i didn’t try the drive through. I give this Mcdonalds Four stars, for being delicious.

Food was what you’d expect. Entryway to register is pretty tight and you might go out the door while waiting to order…it was crowded on Sunday morning. My sandwich bread was under toasted. Iced coffee was pretty good.
