Terrible customer service! The people working there have absolutely no manners. I went to buy nuggets and fries, and they refused to give me the new Buffalo Ranch sauce. The young Spanish guy at the front was extremely rude — he told me I had to pay first and then he’d give it to me. That’s not how you treat customers. I explained that I bought a lot of nuggets and fries and needed about four sauces, but he didn’t care.
I get that work can be stressful and busy, but there’s a proper way to talk to customers. The manager just stood there and did nothing to fix the situation. I don’t mind paying for something, but respect goes a long way. This employee seriously needs customer service training on how to talk to people. Show some respect — without customers, you wouldn’t have a job!

This place is a joke. Every time I place an order for delivery, my order is always missing multiple things. Customer service is non-existing because they never answer their phone. This establishment is a joke and people are either stealing the food that is for delivery or the employees in there are incompetent and are not checking the orders before sending them out.

I’m lucky this is my local McDonald’s being the one closest to my house because their quality is always good. I’ve been here more than I can count and more times than I should according to my nutritionist. Their service is always fast and friendly. I’ve never had to wait more than ten minutes for my order and it’s usually ready in five. The food is excellent and it’s one of the few locations with a working ice cream machine. Make sure you try the Grimace shake while it’s available.

Always a great experience when I come to this McDonald’s Great customer service great Food !!! The other things I want to acknowledge is every time you come in somebody’s keeping the place clean and I thought the coolest thing was I ordered my food and They told me to sit down and they brought it over to me on a cart when it was ready. Nice touch!!
