Great quick breakfast stop. We like their coffee and Breakfast burritos. I must admit that their touch screen ordering systems and I don’t get along… I need to have a grandchild with me to handle that technology aspect of the visit!

The food & coffee was better than it has been. The workers are professional. The seating & atmosphere was so much better years ago. The one thing that is very bad is if you need ketchup, a napkin etc… you have to stand at the counter & wait & wait until there is no one on line. This is bad for business. We are in Carmel not NYC. You can’t have a section where you can get these things yourself? Other Mc Donald’s have it. Poughkeepsie, LaGrange, Rt.9 etc…

The inside of the restaurant is bare looking and not so appealing. They need to add warmth to it. You can’t get the drinks yourself there. It was a turn off.

Every single time I’ve ordered ahead with the McDonalds app they’ve been unable to find my order despite being given the order number and my card having already been charged. On the flip side, I often frequent the McDonalds on Route 22 for lunch and also order using the app, but I’ve not had a single problem even once.

My go-to location. Everyone is always nice and super clean. The remodel makes it feel like it’s to-go only but the staff is always so nice if you do stay.

It was 2am when I most recently went, only 1 or 2 employees working so it was a bit slow. Should have atleast 3 employees. But besides that the food was fresh like it was just “cooked”, better than most McDonald’s I’ve been too.
