This was easily the most unsettling McDonald’s I’ve ever walked into. I’m thankful I ordered through the app as there’s no way I would’ve felt comfortable placing an order in person. The atmosphere was chaotic, with many homeless individuals both outside and inside. One man sat shirtless at a table, using his shirt to stop bleeding from his head. It felt surreal and deeply concerning.
When I approached the counter, the cashier, who seemed to be a manager, dismissively said “not ready” and then got into an argument with another customer who had been waiting for fresh fries. The manager walked away mid-conversation, leaving the situation unresolved.
Then, a young employee stepped up with kindness and professionalism. She let me know my order was ready but insisted on remaking the milkshake and fries since they’d been sitting out. Her calm demeanor and genuine smile were a bright spot in an otherwise tense experience.
She’s the reason I’m giving 3 stars instead of 0. Her compassion made all the difference.

The service was terrible, after getting my order wrong which is fine and happens.
She argued with me and snatched the food out of my hand causing my drink to spill inside the car.
She was rude, unprofessional, and most of all had no sense of customer service.

It’s McDonald’s, you know how the food is.. but the service has DECLINED I’ve been going here for years my most recent trips has been awful, they don’t say hi or thank you have nice day, they don’t even speak to you when you go to pay, they just reach for your Credit card, no one is training these people on GOOD customer service It’s absolutely disgusting and just seems like a very hostile environment.

McDonalds. This franchise is everywhere. As I got older, the brand changed. No one store is the same however THIS McDs is probably one of the top in the United States. From Drive through Service to even Table Service and tech for ordering via touch screen. More importantly the workers here have great job ethic and are generally happy. Ive seen the same faces as this place started to evolve. If i had a gripe aside from this place being a part of a not favored franchise, instead of a county burger joint, it would be quality check AFTER ordering. I asked for a seedless bun for a double quarter pounder with cheese and instead got the two burger patties, with cheese, and the onions and ketchup on the bottom with a lettuce leaf. You ever wanted a burger so bad that if its wrong you throw it away? This was the first time having an Unhappy Meal. Two stars. And an extra star for the drive thru staff.

Convenient McDonald’s location. Employees were friendly. Made chicken McNuggets fresh when I redemmed the $5 for 20pc.
One thing to note is that this McDonald’s is actually open 24 hours despite the fact that it says it is 6am to 11pm

The food was cold, and they forgot to add my sons cheese burger to his kids’ meal.
Service was horrible as there really is no person to go to to order they have the kiosk , and 2 our of the 4 of them were not working. The other downside of service is that there is a language barrier, as it is hard to understand the person behind the registration when they finally decide to come to the front of the store after waiting a long time. This us McDonald’s it’s supposed to be fast food. I didn’t order much of it and didn’t expect to wait 25 min to Then get cold missing food. The atmosphere was dull, boring nothing to it, and it has no character. It’s now just a big empty space with a few tables. Tables even though there were no people at the time sitting were dirty.
I know it’s McDonald’s and it’s not suppose to be a 5star restaurant. But it should be a efficient run place that is Family/kid friendly and it definitely doesn’t seem like a fun night out or even a special treat kinda place. The wait was too long and the place itself has zero character to make it a place to being your kids for a treat.
