I just now picked up one Large Ice Mocha and one Large Mocha which my wife and me both loves a lot. Once we started our car and taste the coffees both were pathetic. Both had neither taste of coffee nor the chocolate part of Mocha. It just tasted like bitter water. We were very disappointed on our favorite drinks to get wasted like this as we cannot comsum them.

While door dashing at around 3AM on January 9th I was greeted by rude, unprofessional, and ignorant customer service. Im aware that restaurants are supposed to make sure that dashers confirm orders but that’s not where the problem lies. I mentioned ignorant customer service because what most restaurants don’t know it that we have to take pictures of the receipts to ensure DoorDash and the customer that we have the right order. The lady pictured who was reluctant to let me take a picture of the receipt claimed her name was “Maria.” I tried explaining that I had to take a picture of the receipt before confirming and asked if she wanted to be pictured. She then rudely said yes which I uncomfortably obliged to. I hope the owner of this establishment sees this and comes together with a plan to make great customer service a priority.

I live close to this McDonalds so, I go often. Just wanted to say the people who work the drive through are very professional and polite. I’ve never been inside but I have been through the drive through for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Either, they were all trained really well or they just care about doing a good job or both. Whatever the reason they all do an excellent job.

I’m not one to really post about fast food joints but this hit all the right notes! Good food! Clean restaurant and restroom. Great customer service, for me and great service to others around me. My fries were perfect (light l, crisp and no too salty!), there was no drama about not getting cheese on my fish sandwich, and it was all done with a smile. AND the staff was bilingual.

The employees are rude, wait times can be so long and the food will still be cold, and they frequently forget food items in the drive thru. They also do not fill the cups all the way. No matter what time of the year, this McDonald’s is so bad and the food quality is trash. Not worth going to. Might as well go to Wendy’s that’s right across the road.

This has got to be the worse mcdonalds ive ever been too in my whole life!!! The service is ridiculous, Noone comprehends my requests or seem to understand what im saying. Gettjng an order from here is ridiculously frustrating and it shouldn’t be this bad. Drive thru seems fine but coming inside and dealing wIth the workers in the front. HORRIBLE. It’s not just one time its every time I go in.

I came in to use points for fries and it tells me there is an order in process. The manager told me too bad, nothing they could do. In a time when McDonald’s is losing customers I would have expected better customer care. I see why they have a 2.something rating. And forget trying to submit a customer complaint on the website. It asked about 20 questions, some of which did not apply. And then why trying to enter the store number it erased all the previous answers. I am not mcloving it

However, literally nothing has changed. I paid for extra onion on my burger and they were not there, I asked for no pickles and of course there were pickles on it. Ordered a Mcflurry and there is nothing in it just on top, so basically I paid extra money for a regular ice cream. My sauce was not in the bag and the food room temperature.
This literally this happens every single time I go here, which used to be a few times a week. Go to Wendy’s across the street, your order will be correct and the employees at least pretend to care
