Extremely outrageous and terrible service! I completed my order, and when I went to pick it up, I was told that I had canceled it myself. I truly can’t understand whether the staff have any sense of empathy for customers. If I was already there to pick up my food, why would I cancel my order?
I’m extremely disappointed with this McDonald’s, and the worst part is that this has happened more than once. That’s why I’m leaving my experience here so everyone is aware.

We came here after a long day, we ordered a lot of food but the food was given to someone else by mistake. However, the worker named Gabriel very quickly and professionally dealt with this situation while also giving us extra food! Thank you Gabriel for your help!

Well if u can manage to park your ok . But the drive threw line goes into the parking lot onto the street so people trying to park can’t and then when you do leave your stuck .. and use the bathroom before you come every time was disgusting . Food ok . Service sucks if you miss your number call they leave it up front behind the desk and then disappear. I got kids so it takes a while to get to the front . Usually end up going in the back to get the food myself .. ah it is what it is . It is Perth Amboy so don’t expect any great experience lol

Had ordered through the app and recieved my order #1372 or TL16 on the mobile app my free medium fries and the bbq quarter pounder with cheese through the drive thru on 11:06pm Saturday March 1, after coming home I was eating my fries and pull this out, I was disgusted and almost threw up as this was in the fries, very unacceptable and horrible to see this.
