Everything at this McDonald’s is usually a beacon of consistency — a golden standard in a world full of chaos. But today… today was different. Today, I ordered a 4-piece nugget. A simple request. A sacred promise. And what did I receive? Three and a half.

Half a nugget.
Not a whole. Not a full, crisp, golden treasure. But a broken remnant. A fragment of what once was.

My heart sank. The betrayal? Palpable.
The silence in the bag? Deafening.
This was not just a missing bite — it was a crack in the very foundation of my trust.

McDonald’s, I ask you:
Is this the standard we now accept?
Because I will not go quietly into this nuggetless night.

I’m honestly shocked and disappointed. I spent over $30 on food — eight cheeseburgers and two large fries — and was told I’m “only allowed” to have two barbecue sauces unless I pay extra. In my 38 years, I’ve never seen anything like that. Charging customers for sauce after a big order is embarrassing, cheap, and flat-out bad business.

And here’s the other thing I’ve never seen in my 38 years: an owner who feels the need to plaster their family name all over the place like it’s some kind of trophy. The Chapman family wants everyone to know they own this McDonald’s? Congratulations — now everyone also knows you nickel-and-dime people for something as small as BBQ sauce. Maybe put your picture on the front door while you’re at it.

Between the attitude, the cheap policies, and the ego, I won’t be coming back. Do better. Kick rocks

This location has some wonderful employees. The food is the same as any other location. This store has a prime location right next to a Walmart and does landrush business. The above considered it is unconscionable and a sign of insatiable greed that they have again, as of ,10/13/25, raised soft drink prices for a product that is already way overpriced. No more for me.

Stopped by on the way home.
Big Macs, fries and a mocha frappe.
The drive thru had a long line, but it went extremely fast. I used my bogo coupon for a free Big Mac, too.
Everything was great. It always is at this location. The frappes are around the same price. However, they are definitely smaller. The large now appears to be the old medium size.
Not happy with that.
The most recent visit yesterday, we were in the drive thru. Ordered two mocha and one caramel frappes.
They tasted great, but they didn’t fill the whipped cream. Very disappointing. I had to take a few pics and post it.

My most recent visit today. Since it was hot out, I was in the mood for a mocha frappe. We ordered 2 large. When we got them there was no whipped cream on them at all and a flat lid on them. After mentioning the missing whipped cream, they said they were out of it. I said you charged me for it. Not only that, I swear they’re even smaller than the last time I remember thinking they shrunk.
I’m positive they’re the old medium size of not smaller.
I guess I understand it, though. These last two years have been some unfortunate times were living in.
This is what it means when they say elections have consequences.

I am appalled at the lack of cleanliness at this location.
The girl that took my order got it wrong. She spoke in a whisper and I did not understand what she was saying. The Big Mac bun was not fresh. The sandwich was thrown together. Poor quality control and lack of supervision on the line. The tables were greasy, food on the floor and workers walking over it. No pride in anything anymore. Just get the orders out. I am shocked that McDonalds standards for food quality and cleanliness are not followed here.

The only McDonald’s that doesn’t fill their large Mocha Frappe’s to the top of the glass. Skimpy on the whipped cream, too. They showed me the ice fill line when I complained and said that was where it was supposed to be filled to. I said no, that’s where the ice is filled to. That’s like 3/4 full. Like I said, the only McDonald’s. The other ones fill them to the top. It’s worth the extra mile distance to drive to the other McDonald’s down Rt. 37.
I also always get a pup cup, too. The other one always asks, this one says they don’t do that. I felt bad for my puppy looking for it. The girl was rude, too. I mentioned I got one their before, she mumbled something and closed the window on me.
I think the sign on the window says the Chapman family owns this one. They’re really doing a wonderful job. Aren’t they?
I had to stop at the wawa up the road by Lakehurst Rd. afterwards.
Would you belive the girl there actually gave me a pup cup when I told her what happened. I love that wawa. I don’t like this McDonald’s.

Lousy service. Those handling the drive window, either they’re too lazy to check the accuracy of the order before handing it out, or just arrogant, with the “WHO CARES” attitude. At this point, since it is being repeated multiple times, the problem of the missing item in the bag, it is a serious one. I still think that McDonalds is a great organization, I love their food, and will continue to buy it. I just think this franchise needs to do a much better job when hiring some one.

I ordered a quarter pounder w cheese and received a slimy greasy piece of garbage I wouldn’t feed to a animal how they can sell this is beyond me even after I asked them to drain the meat I’m finished with MCDONALD’S it’s just over priced dog food. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but same greasy flotsam cold ‘s and flat soda.
