I hear many people complain about this McDonald’s. However, I have never had a problem. The staff are clean, focused, friendly, fun (which to me is also important), and work their tails off to get your orders done right and on time. I have been to others where the food is put together sloppy and a mess. This McDonald’s pays attention to detail better, and my order is always correct!

Just left with our takeout order. The drink station was understocked n sticky then we got home ( a 2 minute ride) and all of our food was ice cold It just seems they are more concerned with their drive thru then their dining room customers . This is the worst McDonald’s on earth. First I went inside to sit with my friends to eat and I waited to get my order taken for 20 minutes. And no one came and took my order. So I was like you know what we’re going in the drive through. THEN we get to the drive through and then we waited another 20 minutes before they took our order. My friend finally got to order and they gave her the wrong sandwich. We also asked for sauce and they gave us one bbq sauce. What do we look like!! We need our sauce!

Always a problem at this location. Sat in the drive-thru and was asked if I was using the mobile app. I said no and then heard her ask the same question to the other lane which got there after we did. They said no and she proceeded to take their order, then the next car who also arrived after us. I finally place my order and I see the same girl walk outside on her phone. This is the same girl we had a problem with before for being on her cell phone while the drive- thru was getting backed up. Fries were really soggy like they weren’t cooked all the way. Do yourself a favor and find a different location because this one always sucks!

Worst experience ever with McDonald’s. So impersonal when I walked in I was told to order on the touch screens because they were busy and couldn’t take my order. Then after that I had to wait while they served at least 10 cars in the drive thru. What happened to having someone dedicated to the front counter??? When they gave me my food with a rude attitude they never gave me my drink and when I finally found someone to pay attention to me they made me show my receipt. Customer service should always be your first priority in business no matter if your customers are in the store or in the drive thru or even on the phone.

DOUBLE CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU DRIVE OFF. Once again my order was messed up, somehow plain cheeseburger means hamburger. Better off driving down 9 to the other McDonald’s or to Toms River.
