Nasty Customer Service. A work that works there by the name of India on shift was rude and disrespectful even when the Manager James Burns. Try to calm her down. She was very disrespectful to the customers. She yelled and screams and won’t stop being disrespectful. She told customer that he should have cook at home. She didn’t care and never apologized to the customer. This place needs a whole new staff. Very Dirty behind the work area and staff move too slow and has bad attitudes. Will never recommend anyone to visit here. Extremely bad. I hope that the owner can see this.

I ordered an egg and cheese biscuit and one hash brown, The biscuit was hard as a rock and the hash brown was not hot seem like they were sitting. Not enough workers and they don’t understand English. Only the manager speaks English and she had and attitude, but I understand, it could be from being over worked. Also I was on my break and I was late back to work because of the wait for the room temperature food.

The kids on shift Sunday January 18, 2026 2pm- 2:35pm I was there and they were rude as hell to customers making smart remarks and half the customers didn’t understand due to Spanish barriers but still not right at all

Love this McDonalds!!! The prices are good and they always have a small ice coffee ready for me before I come. The staff is so courteous and efficient!! Best McDonalds I’ve ever been to.

Went through the drive thru and was told to park in space #2 which was occupied. Then they tried to hand two different orders that weren’t mine. And when they did get me my order I had to wait an extra 10 minutes because they forgot my drinks. And the order number on the bag did not match the order number on my receipt. I think the children in the local grade school could’ve done a better job!

The place is clean because this Latina lady is on point. I was surprise she kept the bathroom clean and go clean it everytime a customer come out of it. Which is a plus. But i was highly disappointed of how they treat her right in front of us customers they were talking real loud and unprofessional to her because they wanted to send her home since labor was low. And the guy had no inner voice or professional manners. And they were cussing each other too while the manager was there too. You cant teach streets people how yo be professional. I know its McDonald and there’s no professionalism about it but at least make an effort to respect your co- workers and customers.
That’s why they get 2 stars i could’ve given them 5 stars but lack of respect bring it down to 2 stars. But the food was prepared and served at a timely manner which is a plus. Cleanliness and food is good but those streets employees bring the place to a very low standard.

Most disgusting staff, service, and food I have ever had. The staff were so high they couldn’t keep the order straight, they all smelled nauseatingly of marijuana, the food they actually were able to bag correctly was ice cold and mishandled (a big Mac with no sauce). I wish you could give a negative score.
