The Absolute worst MC Donald’s I have ever been to. Rude manager insists you use a kiosk when my order for a coffee could have been completed in the time he argued with me. AND all of the electric outlets are purposely disabled so I can’t charge my phone. Will NEVER Return as they want by this treatment my people

1st and 2nd shift are great. You will get great service and food. Don’t waste your time late night. Children trying to do anything but work. 6 people In line as well as delivery people. The 3 little girls they had up front and as backup decided to have a meeting to talk about their plans after work. Giving dirty looks if you dare ask if your order is one of the 5 they have sitting on the rack behind them.

I went to McDonald’s to grab my niece a sweet tea in a cheeseburger. I had to repeat my order at least four times the language barrier was a little off. Plus it was no one there to guide her. So for that I gave them one. I can’t tell you about the food because I Don’t eat at fast food restaurants. Plus she forgot to add on the cheeseburger

Ridiculous I ordered two of the same meals, with two pies. They got my sauces wrong, messed up my drinks, and gave me two different pies then the ones I asked for. Not to mention my fries were cold and that’s being generous and so were the pies. For the $25.00 I spent on this meal you gotta do better. One last thing snatching the drink out of my hand because you can’t figure out no ice is a new kind of evil.

I walked into McDonald’s to get a milkshake today. There was a girl standing at the register and I tried to order. She told me that I had to use the kiosk. I was paying by cash. So I just walked out. I already don’t even eat from McDonald’s as it is. This is a reminder as to why I don’t. Customer service is really at an all time low. The moment I saw that they have to have security in there. I should have walked out. Needless to say, I will not be going back there again. The employees need to do better.

Did a mobile order for breakfast. Ordered 2 sausage mcgriddles, and a sausage and egg mcmuffin. One of my mcgriddles was missing the sausage. I don’t really get how that happens. There’s no support for this on the app, and I feel like something should be done about that.

I went here today and with my son’s Happy Meal I ordered fries and then a second order fries for the second side one of the containers of fries was hot the other one was cold and stale. I let him eat and I ordered my food to bring home. When I got home and open the container with my chicken sandwich inside, it look like somebody cut my sandwich in half but it was just the roll that was cut in half. (Picture below for reference) terrible is all I have to say!

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS I WOULD Worst staff I have ever come across in any establishment by far! It’s like the person hiring for this place picked all the worst applicants possible! Its an absolute joke and embarrassment that this place is even open and operational if this was a small business it would be closed the only reason its even open is because its a corporation!
