A cozy little McDonald’s with large windows overlooking the base. Two drink fountains for convenience. All the tables and seats were clean and in goid repair.
I found the staff to be polite though they remained busy. My food was ready in a reasonable time and came fresh and hot as expected. It’s as good as any McDonald’s I’ve been to and I’d stop in again if in the area.

Thank you, McDonald’s, for the unforgettable lesson in poor internal communication.
During a snow emergency, your managers clearly stated there was no problem leaving the vehicle overnight since the store would be closed the next day. We trusted your word. That was our mistake.
What wasn’t communicated — apparently — was that this had already been approved. Even knowing the vehicle belonged to an active-duty soldier simply doing his job, no one thought to confirm the information internally.
Instead, a tow truck was called.
The cost of that “miscommunication”? $800 to move a vehicle.
The cost of one internal phone call between coworkers? $0.
This entire situation — and the financial damage it caused — was completely unnecessary and avoidable. A little consistency and accountability among your team would have prevented it.
Hopefully communication can become part of the training — right next to customer service.

Up top was my original review. I am now changing it due to what occurred. I come here often a lot of people there know my order. – today I got my kids their usual happy meals and me, a double cheese add Mac- and 2 bbq’s for their happy meals… luckily I looked in the boxes… this is what they gave me for their fries… and then I turned around to go get this corrected- the manager (who i have never seen) tried to only give me a small fry for BOTH of their happy meals… I ordered extra fries with theirs.. so I said “excuse me, this is only going to take care of one of the happy meals.” He rolled his eyes and gave me another one and said “I gave you 1 small fry for their food.” Perfect- I got 2 small Fries to equal the one for each. Then the young man tried to charge me for the BBQ sauce I ALREADY paid for- (I showed him my receipt) I kindly told him I had not received the BBQ sauce. My burger was cold and nothing was on it.. barely. I’ve never had issues like this before and I’m very appalled.

This McDonald’s is the quickest, most efficient McDs I have ever been to. Use the McDonald’s app for drive thru pickup and it takes less than 7 minutes to get food and leave. Thank you

I share a fence with McDonald’s. I previously made a review on another Google account that I have. The trees that line the fence have completely overgrown. They are on top of my electrical lines. They are filling my gutters with leaves. There is a giant root that is coming from a tree that belongs to McDonald’s on the other side of the fence that is now about a foot away from the foundation of my house and it is so big that I trip on it almost every single day. It’s become a hazard I previously spoke with managers, who assured me landscaping that comes every Thursday will be at my house to maintain, the overage . Not one landscaper has come in years. I’ve lived here for six years. I have handicap neighbors who are also unable to maintain the tree growth and the leaves. It is become extremely overwhelming.
oh also, I get absolutely no sunlight because of these trees, which is extremely depressing You would think for $1 billion corporation they would maintain their property and those properties who they intrude on

The managers are terrible at customer service and they have hateful attitudes towards certain customers except for two managers!! Steve and Mike are the best managers the ever had!!!! Yall call this the best franchise in North America but it isn’t!! Lie to ya momma….. I spend too much money to be playing games with them!!! Lawsuit coming soon

I share a fence with mcdonalds, their trees have over grown and are damaging the fence. The trees branches are on top of my high voltage electrical service. Ive asked. many times for them to trim the trees for i cant reach on my 6′ laadder. ive done my best. oveer the years with my hacksaw trying to trim the over growth. but for the trees on top of myy house i can not do a thing. ive been in contact with the managers theyve come take pictures and thats about it. also let me add that one of the trees has been INFESTED with the lantern flies they have also seen this. last year and this year and since NOTHING was done last year the tree has now started to die and leak sap so when i step out my front door i get rained on my sap from the dying tree that belongs to mcdonalds. im sick of them doing nothing here are. photos Also let mee add that my neighbor is an elderly disabled man who can not do any upkeep on mcdonalds trees ive been doing my best to help him but it has become unmanageable. its a shamee that ive been in contact with them for oveer a year not and absolutely notthing has been done. winter is coming which meeans icicles will be hanging from those trees.. whicch could lead to someone getting hurt. the trees intertwine with my voltage wires and cable wires
